The hotel environment is beautiful.
I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once.
The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides.
The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous.
Very recommended to stay.

We had a magical experience celebrating a wedding anniversary at the Four Seasons. From checkin to checkout, the staff made our stay extra special in so many ways. From complimentary champagne to the excellent meals we enjoyed every minute. And even though we experienced a slight room issue, the management team responded super well and totally made up for it. Definitely one of the best hotel stays in Johannesburg.

If you need a lovely place while in Johannesburg I highly recommend the Four Seasons. The staff, property, and restaurant were terrific.

This was a lovely hotel in Johannesburg. About 45 minutes from the airport, a quick 5-10 minute uber (black car very safe) ride to Rosebank and smart restaurants. The hotel is very secure on its own campus in a very fancy area of the City. The room is very large, the bathroom is luxorious what would be expected at the Four Seasons. The breakfast at Flames was lovely with a great selection. Johannesburg is a competitive hotel market but the Four Seasons is worth it for it's service, its style and it's location.

Me and my family had a few days before a safari and we decided to stay at the Four Seasons in Johannesburg. The hotel was quite simply EXCEPTIONAL and the service was IMPECCABLE, as always.

This review is for the restaurant. We did not stay in the hotel but had bruch at the elevated Bonavista Terrace restaurant. Indeed thrilling in a congested plot where they will expand. The buffet brunch was adequate with a kind and willing staff and not-so-interesting people eating next to us. The salads and starters were croded on the buffet and the main courses of no intrinsic character or value but the desserts and the sushi were to write home about. Pricey but they claim that is the only 4 Seasons establishment in South Africa

Loved our time here, beautiful personalised welcome desert plates in the room on arrival and all the extra little personal touches make this hotel stand out in Johannesburg. The Spa is absolutely beautiful highly recommend a visit. The grounds and the views are stunning. A little bit of confusion over my father in laws room when checking out - FOH could have been a little more efficient but all in all I would love to visit this property again
