"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"I took a taxi to the hotel late at night. I had stayed here before and really liked it, so I decided to come back. The front desk staff was super helpful during check-in, and they even upgraded my room, which was amazing! I'm so happy with it. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Every time I stay, there's a book on the nightstand, which is a nice touch for some leisurely reading. The hotel really excels in all the little details, making me feel secure and well-cared for. The service is excellent, and all the amenities are fantastic! Especially the environment – from the lobby to the hotel architecture and the rooms, everything is so unique and distinctive. I absolutely love it; the ambiance is wonderful! It's truly excellent! The breakfast was varied, with plenty of choices, and very delicious! The dining environment was also great, just fantastic!"

"I booked this for a friend's family, and they gave amazing feedback! They said this is truly the best hotel in Kaili. Both the service and facilities were absolutely fantastic. The 'Kali Lao Cai Supper [Double Meal]' was delicious and authentic. The breakfast was very unique and catered perfectly to both adults and children, with a great variety of options. They even made badges at the hotel, each family member creating their own design – a wonderful way to remember their trip to Kaili! Upon check-out, they even received some red sour soup as a gift. The location is also excellent, right in the city center, close to everything. It's just a few minutes' drive to Xiuli Tao, and there are many authentic Kaili eateries nearby. The hotel is also directly across the street from a park, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner, and Kaili is beautiful this season with flowers everywhere. Highly recommended!"

On the first floor, there's a kids' DIY craft area, and our little one had an absolute blast there. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with staples like noodles and milk, as well as local glutinous rice and sour soup noodles – a great variety of flavors. Every thing was new and well organized, very pleasant peaceful atmosphere at night even it’s a major area of Kaili. Walk out 5 minutes to the right and you’ll reach an active lovely night market with locals having great food. The owner was very friendly and upgraded me. A convenient store just next, sure definitely stay again on my November trip."
