"The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was superb! The service was excellent; every staff member greeted us warmly with a smile. We were able to get a late check-out. The hotel has two free parking lots, and the one on B1 has charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. We even received complimentary welcome fruit and a welcome card upon check-in, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch! Food delivery was handled by cute robots. The location is good, just a short taxi ride from the train station. The facilities are new, comprehensive, and well-designed, perfectly meeting our needs. The space is also very well laid out!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Xiulitang (a 5-minute bus ride if there's no traffic) and Dashi十字. The breakfast is also incredibly rich and delicious, I absolutely loved it!"

"I never leave bad reviews, but I didn't thoroughly check the room when I checked in. Before leaving, I was looking for a bag in the room and found a pair of stockings that hadn't been cleaned up. When I reported it to the front desk, all I got was a perfunctory 'I'm sorry.' It was quite annoying."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"The hotel's location is superb! It's right in the city center, very close to the Xiuli Tao Intangible Cultural Heritage Market and the high-speed train station. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even gave me some local sour soup when I checked out! The breakfast had a great variety, and the room was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended!"

"Really highly recommend this hotel, newly opened, reasonable price, clean, friendly service, and the chain laundry room is also clean. There is a carousel at the door, and the children don't want to leave. Because of a small thing, thank you very much for the cleaning sister on the first floor. Going out, I can always be touched by some warm little things, and it is worth living!"

"The service was excellent. The cleaning lady even asked if I needed coffee when she saw me reading. The bed was so comfortable that I immediately ordered a pillow online after one night's sleep. All the facilities were great; it was a very comfortable rest."
