"[Thunderbolt avoidance] We went to Guiyang for a trip and rented a car to go to the hotel. There was no scratching sound during the journey. When returning the car, the car rental company said there were scratches, so we contacted the hotel to see if we could retrieve the surveillance. I had already left at that time. When I contacted the hotel for the first time, they refused to answer the phone. After five hours, they said they would help check it (P1). After another hour, the hotel said the surveillance was broken, but at this time their attitude to solve the problem was still relatively sincere (P2). After another half an hour, they said that although they did not have surveillance, they had a video taken by an employee, saying that our car scratched their employee's car, but the scratches on the picture did not match the position at all, and they asked us to drive it for identification (P3). I was not in Guiyang, so I could only entrust the car rental company to connect. Then the hotel began to swear and swear without being able to produce evidence, and then confronted the car rental company (P4 and P5). To be honest, a hotel that costs two thousand a night is not cheap. If there are any scratches, we can accept it, but this solution to the problem and the attitude of the service staff really make us feel like ***..."

"I checked in at 11 PM, and there were no disposable slippers, no complimentary bottled water, and no bath mat. Since it was so late, I didn't call the front desk, so I ended up using the paid water. What's even more baffling is that even disposable bathtub liners were charged. For two to three hundred [presumably RMB], it's not cheap in Kaiyang. As soon as I entered, it felt like everything came with an extra charge. Plus, the bathroom was tiny. The doors were a mix of push and pull, but all were marked the same way. To get out of the bathroom, you literally had to turn sideways. I feel like anyone a little bigger would struggle to get out."

We initially booked a standard room, but when we arrived, the receptionist proactively admitted that due to a staff error, the standard rooms were sold out and hadn't been removed from the booking in time. She then immediately offered a solution that was entirely customer-centric, minimizing her own interests while maximizing the customer's. If you're planning to visit Monkey Ear Sinkhole, you can stay here; it's close by and the accommodation is comfortable."

"The child is on summer vacation. I decided to take the elderly and children (a total of four big and four small) on the weekend to find a main place to play in the water and barbecue by the way and have a green venue. I was lazy and rushed to find the bean bag for consultation and recommended this water tune songtou hotel. I booked two parent-child rooms with the mentality of giving it a try for two days. It was beyond imagination and the experience was very good: 1. The hotel is next to the wide, shallow and clear river (the water depth is about 70 to 80 cm), and the first-grade children can also enter the water alone. The river is the hotel's barbecue lounge. The barbecue booked by phone on Friday, the boss personally rushed to buy fresh ingredients at 6 o'clock in the morning on Saturday, and at noon, our adults enjoyed a fresh and delicious barbecue while watching the children play in the river. The children can eat when they are tired and go ashore. After eating, continue to play in the water. Everything is the best arrangement. 2. After the barbecue at noon on Saturday, I booked two specialties for dinner (toast duck and Dongpo meat) and several other specialties recommended by the boss. They are all very delicious dishes. After dinner, I will accompany the elderly and children to walk along the river. The river breeze is slowly and the seedlings are leisurely. 3. The hotel's various room types are built on the mountain, and they can basically drive downstairs or next to them, and it is convenient to take luggage. The corners of the building were planted by the boss with a variety of green plants. Some vines were interspersed and climbed up from the gap in the hotel's wooden corridor area, and they were energetic. The decoration of the hotel room is simple and generous, which is my favorite type. The two parent-child rooms we booked have a panoramic view of the clear river and the green plants by the river. There are sparse anglers under the green plants. There is also a standard court next to the hotel where you can play basketball, volleyball and badminton. 4. Finally, the reason why I decided to come often in the future is the hotel's boss Xu, who is kind and gentle. A northern iron lady took a group of red women's army in the hotel to take care of the hotel tightly, clean and warm. The staff chatted a few homely words from time to time. Let us feel the warmth of home and the full energy. Finally, this experience is very comfortable and comfortable. Thank you, boss Xu, and thank you for every lovely and simple person in the hotel. (Note: Some river photos are not clear enough due to heavy rain on Saturday night, which caused a slight cloudiness on Sunday morning)"

Every room in the homestay is very comfortable, I wanted to stay here for 2 nights and 1 day to relax after challenging the limit in the Nanjiang Grand Canyon. I just saw another beautiful viewing room upgrade the next day~ I need to add some price difference and it is not expensive. The air here is super fresh and cool, I arrived late at the time. The owner of the hotel also prepared dinner in advance and hot milk. It also made it comfortable to lie flat in the room and listen to the sound of the stream. It was easy to fall asleep. You can sleep until you wake up naturally. There is no limit to the time. The breakfast is provided at any time and free of charge. And a good, good dinner. If the owner of the hotel is not busy, he will drive me to the neighborhood to check in. My second night was honored to have dinner with the owner of the hotel and have the opportunity to arrange flowers. I am very grateful to Kang Liang for his good hospitality and preparation. I will take my daughter/friends to enjoy the comfort of my heart. Qingdingge B&B brings me again if I have a chance."
