The environment was also oppressive; the room was small and cramped, and the soundproofing was so poor that footsteps in the hallway could be clearly heard. Basic amenities were also problematic: the air conditioner was noisy, and the shower water temperature fluctuated wildly, making it very unpleasant to use. The service was equally unremarkable, simply following procedures throughout. The front desk staff were indifferent upon check-in, offering only brief answers to questions; there was absolutely no warmth in the service, and they barely managed to provide basic hospitality."

Summer vacation is probably peak season for bringing kids, and the rooms during peak season reek of mold and mop water, the sheets have yellow stains, and the toilet is incredibly smelly!
