"The room was clean, instructions for self check-in was detailed, clear & easy to check-in. View from room is great! But we were disappointed that only 2 beds had bedsheets eventhough requested for 3 beds. The other single bed did not have a bedsheet on it. The pillow case had a discomforting smell. Areas for improvement: Toilet roll was not really sufficient as almost ran out. Should at least provide 2 full rolls. There was no shampoo provided, only body wash."

"It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey."
