I had to go to the front desk myself to find out that they hadn't given us the welcome drink that everyone else had. Finally, they gave me a room facing the elevator, and the body lotion inside was empty. The sign said there was a minibar, but it was just an empty fridge. It was truly absurd! 🙃"
