Hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre ville. Accueil courtois. Chambre de bonne dimension, bien agencée. Petites attentions sympathiques. Comme cela est souligné par d'autres voyageurs, le petit déjeuner est très diversifié dans un cadre agréable

Können dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht nur empfehlen. Vom Empfang, über die Lage, die Zimmer und Betten, die Bar im Hotel alles perfekt. Parken für 10.- Euro in der Tiefgarage oder gratis auf dem Parkdeck. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum die Auswahl so frisch, gross und lecker super Kaffee!

Very good hotel, extremely good value. A 10 min walk from the train station and and a 5 min walk into town centre. Breakfast was plentiful and very good choice. The cocktail bar gave it a good ambiance at night. Rooms were good and clean. Free coffee in reception area was a good touch.

We came across this hotel a bit by chance but it was an excellent chance indeed! Great service with special touch for the little ones (a nice child bath glove and appropriate cosmetics were provided) , abundant breakfast and nice bar! Also, very close to the Zoo and a walking distance from the city center. Definitely recommend!

Insgesamt gutes Hotel, welches zu empfehlen ist. Sehr günstige Preise. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Einrichtungsstil ist Geschmacksache, Personal war freundlich.

Dieses Hotel ist den 4 Sternen absolut würdig. Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kommuniziert wurde vorab sehr kompetent und freundlich per Mail. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und einladend, mit Kaffeeautomat und Wasserspender. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es gab dann zu unserer Freude ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön - mit allem ausgestattet, super Matratze, Tablet und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut - im UG, was aber durch helle schöne indirekte Lichtquellen (mit Himmelmotiv) ausgeglichen wurde und wir haben uns auch hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bar und Personal war sehr schön, wir haben vorab reserviert und den gewünschten Tisch bekommen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Karlsruhe kommen, dann wieder dieses Hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti,personale gentile disposto a capire e spiegare le cose se non si conosce bene l inglese,colazione top con vari panini dolci marmellate e bevande ma anche salato.La camera grande con bagno con doppio lavandino,l unica pecca è l insonorizzazione.

Klasse Lage und tolle Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar mit Außenbereich ist ein absolutes "must-go". Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal an Weihnachten.
