"Conveniently Located, but Wouldn't Return Due to Room ConditionOn the bright side, the hotel has an excellent location. It was easy to locate and surrounded by various attractions and convenience stores. The staff at the front desk was polite and accommodating as well. However, the room condition was disappointing. Right after checking in, I noticed a severe musty smell reminiscent of damp, old laundry. Thankfully, the friendly staff provided a handle to open the window, so I aired out the room while eating dinner outside. However, the room was extremely small."

"Quiet and peaceful stay. Indoor onsen was amazing. Breakfast spread were fresh, healthy and good taste. Clean and convenient to local eateries and convenient shops and pharmacy. Nice river view and staffs were helpful except if bicycle is not restricted to 1 per room would be grateful so that we could ride along the beautiful river to watch the amazing beautiful sunset view. Number lock and password makes it convenient to assess around."

"Nice location. Within walking distance to shopping street with many restaurants, and department store. Soft comfortable bed. My room was decorated with Kumamon, so everything was very cute. Amenties are available as needed (self-collected at the lobby). The breakfast was nice, although the curry was a little bit too salty."

"Great location. The hotel is right in the middle of major area. The hotel pays part of the parking fee at nearby lot. Many famous restaurants close to the hotel. The common area setup real nice. Free soft-drink, coffee, coco. The water pressure in the shower is great."

"This is a hotel I would like to stay again. It is a nice clean hotel that is very value for money. It is also near to the station and if you drives the parking is free of charge. The hotel even provide breakfast for every guest. Although it is near to the train station, can't really hear much or any noise at all which may be due to the good sound proofing thus I have a good night rest. This is the place i can highly recommend if you plan to visit Mt. Aso and its vicinity. My only feedback is the double bed is bit small than a queen bed for my 1 night triple room that i booked. Overall the room size is sufficient for 3 pax and 3 luggages."

"The service was excellent, and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was great. The onsen was comfortable and clean. It's a shame that the massage chair required a coin-operated subscription; normally, hotels of this caliber and price shouldn't charge extra for it."
