The best view from the 5th floor of the park and the sea. In the evenings, small cooking shows are organized during dinner. Near the pool, the most delicious hookahs I have tried.

Были два раза. В 2023 году вместе с внучкой 10лет. Питание на крепкую 4. Разнообразно и вкусно. В этому году отдыхаем вдвоём с женой. Общее впечатление: отель сильно подуставший. Номера требуют ремонта. Уборка номера сводится к замене полотенец и выносу мусора. Пол не убирается. В пляжными полотенцем большая напряженка. Для замены нужно придти в спа несколько раз. На пляже катастрофически не хватает лежаков. Несколько раз пришлось лежать на гальке. Были 5 сеансов на массаже. Очень хороший костоправ Нурик (пожилой мужчина невысокой роста). Рекомендую. Цена болшеватая-30$ за сеанс. Но оно того стоит. Море супер чистое и тёплое. И много позитива от котиков. Рыбный рынок в понедельник. Креветки с пивом - супер.

1-5 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında aile olarak konakladığımız otelde gerek personelin güler yüzlü ve kibar tavırları gerek temizliği açısından memnun ayrıldığımız bir tatil geçirdik.Restoran kısmında yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzet ***et güzeldi(mezeler harikaydı diyebilirim) Alkol kullanan kişiler için en kaliteli markalar seçilmişti.Bütün ürünler bol bol verildiği için hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık.Havuz ve deniz keyfini bir arada yaşadık. ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı bütün personele teşekkür ederiz.

Впервые выехали за границу с семьей.Наш тур оператор предложила отель Rox royal 5 звезд. Посмотрев видео обзор на отель нам он понравился и мы решили остановиться именно в нем. По прилету наше первое впечатление об отеле было неплохое. Первый минус это то,что заселение в номер не произошло своевременно,пришлось ожидать около 3-4х часов прежде чем нам предоставили свободный номер. Второй минус это то,что на территории отеля нет отдельной зоны для курения и практически везде грязь(неубранный мусор туристами). Аквапарк тоже нашли недочеты.К сожалению не все горки в рабочем состоянии. Последней каплей нашего разочарования был третий день отпуска,а именно,проснувшись утром заходя в уборную нашли на полу полуживого большущего таракана(видимо их много на кухне и так как их травят,они передвигаются по отелю и через потолок,там есть щели,этот таракан попал именно в наш номер. Мало того,что зрелище не из приятных,так нас больше задело и обидело именно то,что персоналу на ресепшене было 4 раза высказана просьба убрать таракана,но они не посчитали это нужным и важным для нас,тем самым выказали неуважение к своим гостям и личностям. Данный отель НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ И СЮДА БОЛЬШЕ НЕ ВЕРНЕМСЯ!

İlk olarak oda güzel ve iyiydi. Herkes soğutmaya kötü dedi ama ***et güzeldi. Restoranın yiyecekleri yeterliydi. Denizi çakıl olmasına rağmen mükemmeldi. Restoran çalışanlarının misafirperverliği ***et güzeldi. Hizmet ***et güzeldi. Poolda çalışan çalışan OSMAN Beye teşekür ediyorum güzel kokteyl lerden dolayı Osman bey bu işin gercekten uzmanı inşalla guzel yerlere yelirsiniz her sey içn gerçekten teşekür ediyorum ....

16.03.2024 у Корал Тревел ( турагент ООО "Амбитур", номер договора 16-03-24-08-ЦО) мной был куплен и полностью оплачен тур на 10 ночей в данный отель с датой заезда 02.09.2024 г. Тур предназначался в подарок на свадьбу молодоженам. Собственно, они и выбирали отель согласно своим вкусам. 26.08.2024, т.е. спустя 5,5 месяцев и за 5 дней до свадьбы, отель прислал уведомление о невозможности размещения!!! (уведомление об отмене прилагаю) Как такое вообще возможно?! 5,5 месяцев молчали, пользовались моими деньгами, а потом резко передумали? Очень похоже на мошенничество. Почитав свежие отзывы об отеле, которых еще не было в марте, выяснила, что для Рокс Рояла нормальная практика заселять туристов в номера более низкой категории или отправлять в другие отели. Искренне советую всем, кто выбирает отель для отдыха в Кемере, обходить этот отель стороной, чтобы не жить в каморках вместо стандартных номеров (читайте в других отзывах) или вовсе не остаться без долгожданного отпуска!
