June 2, 2023
We stayed here from November 2022-June 2023. About 8 months. We were greeted with the utmost respect and hostility the first day. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works off shore. After the first week the attitude from the hotel manager drastically changed. She went from good mornings to eye rolls, sweet and friendly to bitter and angry. I blamed it on her not liking her job. It would be days i would stay in my room and not come out unless necessary to get groceries or see my husband when was home. She even started greeting my sister rudely when she would come to see myself and my son. She would however always warmly greet my husband which was unsettling but i over looked it to not seem insecure and problem starting. We had an issue with our bathroom sink clogging since moving in which my husband fixed about a month before moving out because it completely stopped draining and after multiple reports we got tired of asking and nothing being done and it started to smell because of the clog. Then a cabinet broke of which we reported twice and were told to keep the cabinet door and someone would come and look at it. Of course, no one came so we decided upon moving out we would try to repair it. While moving our belongings to a new home (which out belongings are equivalent to what can fit in a two bedroom apartment or single family home to say the least a lot of stuff that required multiple trips in our truck. Upon telling the hotel we would need to return once or twice more to grab all of our belongings they agreed. Well on our second trip back to retrieve our belongings our key card was deactivated. We went to the front office to ask for help of which they told us they would not allow us into the room to retrieve our belongings until we paid $250 for the cabinet door. I just paid $1400 rent, $180 water deposit bill, a light bill, internet and help moving so naturally I didn’t have it so i called my father in front of the desk attendant whom was on the phone with the property manager who entered the room and claims thats when she found out about the cabinet and still refused to let us in whilst being on her way back to the hotel. I asked them to call the police so we can resolve it that way because i was trying to get the money to pay them and grab my belongings. I also explained my once year old son needed to be changed and his diapers and wipes were in the room which was clearly seen and yet she still refused. They refused to call the police so i had to call them. We explained everything and thats when the breakdown of us owing $250 was explained to the officer but never to us and magically went from $250 to $159.88. The officer asked if we had the money I explained to him we didn’t but i had already contacted my father to get the money. She ( the hotel manager) then stated we could have a one time key to enter the room to grab the rest of our belongings. needless to say i cried my eyes out because how could someone be so hateful and it took f

I tried this hotel out. They charge for EVERYTHING. If you want new towels, there’s a fee. Room cleaned each day, there’s a fee. If you don’t take out your own trash, it’s a $50 fee. They don’t issue refunds even if you leave a day or 2 early, cuz I was gon leave. There is an odor in the hotel. Not sure what you’re breathing in. I left my window open and I had a plug-in air freshener. The room itself wasn’t too bad honestly other than the odor. I have no intentions on staying again tho. If you need to save money then do you for sure but I’m good on this place.

This is more of an apartment rental/extended stay hotel. This is not for hotel use as they do not have room service, no house keeping or any amenities to accommodate you. You are responsible for changing your own linen and towels including bringing down for exchange. There is a fee for linen and towel exchanges and they will only give you exactly one wash cloth and one dry towel per person you’ve checked in. You have to keep the room clean and take out your trash. The kitchenette does you no good if you are traveling because you will need to buy everything to cook including dishes, flatware, pots and pans. The hotel was clean however I did kill 2-3 small roaches at the end of the week. I’m guessing due to the people checking out. No one is ever at the front desk you always have to use the phone located at the front door. Thank God I never had an issue or felt unsafe because they may or may not answer. Check Out Day- I left early morning to take care of business and my keys were deactivated. I had to ask them to reactivate them and they only activated 1 key which was a nuisance when trying to pack and load the car. About 30 min after reactivating 1 key someone comes knocking on the door to make sure I was checking out that day. It’s 9:30AM and I have until 11:00AM not to mention I was just at the desk. I don’t appreciate being rushed when I had to wait 15 min for you to reactivate my key.

Counter help was almost non existent. On my checkout day I had to use the outside phone to call the desk to ask a question, the phone rung for a good five minutes before someone answered. The hotel carpet has stains in it looking as if it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Children were loudly screaming in various rooms. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
