The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort - Adults Only

We found the resort very clean and accommodating. Marilyn was the hostess at the Guesthouses and was so kind and welcoming! There is a pool on the property right on Duval Street and breakfast provided every morning. The staff works hard to keep things clean and ready so you can just relax and enjoy your trip!

Thank you so much to Ophelia, Kayla, and Mariana. Our breakfasts and canapés were wonderful!!! They made me feel like a queen! The food was better than what we would have expected at any restaurant. They were so kind and friendly. They are beautiful people!!

First time in Key West and Best vacation! When we arrived, we were upgraded to the Avalon House. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. Our breakfast was also included, which started our day off right! Ophelia greeted us every morning with the kindest smile and great attitude! We cannot wait to return!

The room decor and clean design were clean and fresh. We stayed for 5 nights at Southernmost Beach Resort and visited mulitple points throughout Key West on foot; restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Also drove up the keys on a day three to visit Key Largo and go snorkeling, eat, and shop. We also took in two night sunset cruises. Both were affordable.

Can't recommend this hotel enough! My wife and I stayed here for our babymoon. Location is very convenient and perfectly sandwiched between the busier parts of Duval and the resort, which is just a few hundred yards away. Also a short walk to some of the main attractions Key West has to offer - the Hemingway House, the Lighthouse, and more. The room was cool and quiet, and most importantly, the service was excellent! Marilyn was downstairs on the deck with a great breakfast spread every morning. Come here to enjoy all that Key West has to offer!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort. We stated in the Avalon Guesthouse. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much to Alexa, Ophelia, Jahshana and Kayla. They are so gracious and made our stay that much more special. The breakfast, snacks and service were perfect. Loved the beach, pools and accommodations so much, we will be back for sure.

Connor was an amazing rep for Southernmost Resort. He was warm, welcoming, and excited to help us with our stay. He showed us the grounds and answered all of our questions we had about the resort and Key West. Thanks Connor for everything you did for my wife and I!

Southernmost Beach Resort is a true Key West experience with beautiful rooms, gorgeous views and emasculate gardens that are breathtaking. We stayed at the Avalon Guesthouse and we found it very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I want to give a big shout out to Ophelia the awesome host at the Cafe. She is as sweet as can be with a smile to match and very knowledgeable on all questions pertaining to the resort. We look forward to visiting this charming resort on our next trip to Key West m, FL.⛱️

My husband intently stayed at the guesthouse located at 1012 Duval St. the location was perfect and the Hostesses Marilyn and Kadie were terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. We had nice chats with them each morning at breakfast. This guesthouse has a small pool which we enjoyed as it is quiet and peaceful. We were able to use the Pineapple and Shores pools at the main house which is about 3 blocks up and enjoyed those as well. We were glad to be in the guesthouse though as it was quieter and in a much better location. Rooms were recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. We did not rent a car or bike and found everything to be with in about 1.5 miles walk from our guesthouse. We walked to the pier for the Yankee Freedom to go to Dry Tortuga. We walked to the Marina for some great BBQ. Mallory Square and Blue Heaven both easy walks from here as well. Duval St was great but we recommend walking down the side streets too. So much to see and do. If you think you want a bike, scooter, golf cart, or car you can get to a rental in a 3 minute walk from this guest house. From what we could see though you had to pay for parking everywhere. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit. CVS also about a 3 minute walk for any incidentals you may need.
