"We wasn’t able to reach hotel because our car is not allowed to leave UAE (it is in a loan). For this new rule we wasn’t informed. And in the border to reach the hotel the only option is to take a private shuttle. Considering the following problems: private driver, probably not authorized; incompetent price 100$ one way; about 1 hour to wait to pickup. So, I didn’t risk my family by going there. I requested to refund the booking price, but this request was refused by trip.com It seems that they’re not client focused. I made my conclusions: Do not go to Musandam for vacation, Do not use trip.com for making bookings Do not pay in advance for the booking"

"Contribute the first Chinese review. The hotel is two single-family villas, all the rooms are suites (one master bedroom with a big bed + one second bedroom with two single beds), with a living room, double toilets and kitchen. Very quiet. The staff is very nice, and even check-out at 2pm/3pm is no problem. But there are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to prepare them yourself. The hotel price is more expensive than several hotels around, but the suites are also very worthwhile. It would be a good deal if you travel with friends or family."
