Good, clean hotel. People very friendly and helpful as always. Limited amenities right now in hotel but close to anything you need.

We had a wonderful stay, it is a lovely new hotel. Great location, perfect for exploring downtown Kingston or the surrounding area. Near the highway and downtown with lots of parking. Kids loved the pool, staff were very nice and the food was great. We will definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel! My wife and I decided to stay here when we dropped our daughter off at Queen’s University and we were very happy that we chose this hotel. Room was comfortable, front desk staff was friendly and the restaurant on site was excellent. My only complaint was that I found the hotel to be very cold, especially in the hallways.

We spent two nights here and saw most of the touristy things in Kingston. The pen tour was great as was Fort Henry. The hotel is brand new and super clean. The kids loved the pool and we have a great dinner in the hotel restaurant one of the nights. Service throughout was great and we loved the warm cookies we got when checking in. The cookies were the highlight (according to the kids!)

Great new Hilton in Kingston from the spot that used to be the old Ambassador Hotel. The change is massive and I am glad we came. Great customer service from front desk who helped fix a booking issue and we had a great dinner at the onsite restaurant.

During the labour day weekend, my wife, son and i drove our daughter to Queens University to start her sophomore year. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The property is brand new, with comfortable rooms with 2 queen size beds and excellent shower/bath rooms. The staff service was professional and friendly. Extra shout out for the restaurant (Cannery) for its good breakfast menu and friendly service! We’ll be back.
