It's terrible, this hotel is a scam, the first floor is an abandoned bar. Not a single staff member was seen from beginning to end. Not even as good as a domestic guest house. Environment: The surroundings are desolate, and there are no advantages except being close to Heathrow Airport. Hygiene: Hygiene is extremely poor. The room smells of curry and the toilet smells of mold. In the evening, the smell of curry was obviously stronger. It was very likely that the boss was cooking. Facilities: The software seems to be available, but I dare not use it because it is too dirty. There were marks all over the wall, and there was a door in the house that couldn't be opened, just like the murder scene. Service: No service, not a single staff member in sight

A house is being built next to it, and there is a bit of machine noise during the day, but it's not too noisy. Of course, it doesn't affect much because people go out during the day and it's quiet at night. Generally acceptable, very ordinary. The boss is Indian.

As I was taken to my room the person told me he upgraded me was happy until he opened the door was a bit shocked. I sat on the bed and it sank it was broken I went to find the man he looked and said they were fully booked had no other room I wasn't going to stay having looked around the room it was filthy. I went into the town and found another hotel.

Pictures are 14 years old. On arrival a Ring doorbell is answered you're unfortunately granted entry. Smelled horrendous, taken to your room through the old bar, dusty, dirty, dark, hole in the bed, would avoid at all costs. If you think 50 quid is a fair price you're very wrong. Sleep in the car.

The whole experience was awful. I arrived around 7 in the evening, everything was locked up and the swipe card key to enter the hotel was on top of a box on the outside for anyone to take. I only discovered this after 10 minutes of trying various phone numbers stuck to the door. The decor needed a paint job, there was big holes in the wall as you go up the stairs. The rooms were dirty and smelt of damp. The biggest surprise was around 3am when I woke (after finally drifting off) to use the toilet, a lovely cockroach scampering around the shower basin. Never again for me, I would rather sleep on a park bench than use that place.

Worst place I’veever stayed … reception, no dining, it’s basically a hotel, no toilet paper, peeling wallpaper, broken bed so I had to sleep with my feet on the headboard end. tv didn’t work, no spoon for coffee, stained carpet, dodgy shower that kept turning itself back on until you turn it really tight …. At least it had clean towels and bedding which earns 1star… all I can say is it was so bad I was laughing in the end… I’ll be having words with the travel clerk tomorrow when I get back to work

Ran by Criminals. Dont ever go here. Despicable and rude - criminals. Someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. They made my boyfriend miss a wedding ceremony. I now have BED BUGS. Wont give me a refund and lied saying they got the room checked (lies). I will take down the reputation of this hotel. I will make sure everyone knows.

I can only add my humble voice to the cacophonous chorus of warnings that have come before me and beseech you to heed our words, dear, sweet, unknown traveller... Do not spend the night here. Do not spend the night near here. Do not so much as pass by, lest your untroubled mind and unburdened soul be forever tarnished by this unspeakable blight upon the landscape. If you have the misfortune to live near the Bull and Bush Hotel, gather your loved ones and your cherished possessions and make haste by land or sea using whatever means are at your disposal, utilise locomotives, seafaring craft or beasts of burden and depart for pastures which are surely brighter than this forsaken, sorrowful pit of abject despair and utter desolation. I travel for work and in seven long years this may be the single most soul crushingly depressing, the most gag inducingly rancid and blood boilingly, ineptly managed hotel I have ever had the deep misfortune to spend the night in. It is too late for me to escape. Only the beating of my anxious heart assures me that I have not crossed a phantom threshold and find myself in a squalid, forgotten corner of hell itself. Instead I am merely in Kingston, beset by sagging, soiled mattresses, suspiciously stained bedsheets, mouldy bathrooms crusted with scum and darkened, foreboding corridors above a disused pub which I fear come the morn will bear witness to my gruesomely mangled body. Even the curtains, sagging and torn seem to lean towards the scuffed and grimy window, as though in a desperate attempt to liberate themselves from the ghastly smell that hangs over this place like a pestilent cloud. I would have come to consider of myself as alone here, were it not for the coy and seditious employee who spoke with me, unseen, via intercom, giving confusing and half intelligible instructions like a deceiving imp, my only reward for deciphering his riddles, to enter this towering monument to unpleasantness. My only purpose now as night draws in and the cries of roving vagabonds and sirens split the humid air is to warn you. Save thyself dear traveller. Do not stay here.
