"Unfortunately, my recent stay at this homestay was disappointing due to several maintenance issues. The sofa in the living hall was noticeably dirty, which made the common area uncomfortable to use. One of the bedroom doors was missing a doorknob entirely, leaving an unsightly hole and compromising privacy. The air conditioner in the living room frequently tripped, making it difficult to keep the space cool. Additionally, the ground floor bathroom could not be locked, and the water pressure in the shared bathroom on the first floor was extremely low, which made showering inconvenient. I reached out to the host through both Trip.com messaging and the WhatsApp number provided to highlight these problems, but unfortunately, I received no response at all. TRULY DISSAPIOINTED! I hope the host takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the condition of the property and their responsiveness to ensure a better experience for future guests."

"it was a horrible stay. I messaged the property and no revert so far... First night my window room was flooded with water but no spare window room available so i have to stay in no window room even though my booking was window one at slightly higher cost. Second night changed back to a window room where my real nightmare began. I felt itchy where i was sleeping. Unconsciously scratched my body and touched a small living creature. It was a cockcroach with its legs on my hand. That was not the end!! Many cockcroaches in the toilet starting to come out around the room. I could even see one dead cockcroach under my bed. I immediately packed my bag. As no one in the reception counter, i left my bag there and whtsapped the staff to request for a room change. Sadly, my nightmare didnt end here yet. When i unpacked my bag at night, i saw my apple was bitten. My sixth sense told me that it was definitely a mice!!! And yes there was a hole in my bag and thats how the mice got into it. I was more than shocked ...i threw almost everything i could in my bag. The hotel was flooded with water, cockcroaches and mices!!! It was such a long day. My experience each times was worser than the last one. Although i booked 4 nights and it was my 3rd night, i decided to check out tomorrow early morning. I do not wish to stay for even an extra minute and risk my heart attack. Honestly speaking, even a refund could not compensate my trauma, not to mention that no one got back to my complaint so far. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone."
