The hotel seems to have no breakfast. When I started, I didn’t know why it was only for adults. Later, I realized that it was really a couple hotel for couples and couples. It really has some 18-year-old content, so it would be nice if the young couple came to live. More recommended, the location is a bit far from the subway station.

The location is close to the Shinjuku Line of Hanshin Line and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is not small, the room is not small, but it belongs to the lover hotel, usually the front desk can not see the waiter. Deliver food to the room in the morning. The bathroom is large, there is a microwave oven, the refrigerator is fixed as a grid for drinks, and it is not convenient to put other things. There are 2 canteens nearby, which is convenient for eating. In the previous stop, there was a supermarket in the last stop. After the last stop, there was a king in the Yuying station. I often got off the bus and went back after dinner. The hotel is surrounded by the famous Japanese sake production area. You can walk to the exhibition halls and buy wines at various major wineries to make a special tour of sake.

Hotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast.
The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.

This was not the first time we had stayed in a love hotel. They are branching out and offering overnight stays to tourists, even offering services in English. We booked this one because it was near where we needed to be, and all the other places around were full. We couldn't quite believe how convenient it was from the station. We were looking for major roads and a 5-minute or more walk. In fact, the lefts and rights we had been given were minor roads and the distance from the station was less than one minute. Couldn't really be more convenient. Discreet but friendly check in. Past the displays about the different facilities available in each room, up in the elevator and there was our room, behind a creeky door. Unlike regular hotels in Japan, space was no issue. Room to walk around, a lounge area, spacious bathroom, and a large bed - obviously the main event. Large TV with the usual interesting selection of movies. Some rather gaudy decorations but with a nice large room like this, we didn't care. Quiet (sound-proofed, I guess), peaceful, comfortable. We got a good night's sleep. No breakfast provided, but plenty of convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Slightly expensive for the facilities offered, but everything else was just fine.

It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. I stayed the day before and the response was good, so I stayed for a week.
There was a sudden mail, and I sent the registration to the hotel by express, but I received it without problems and was very helpful.
I was a telephone exchange with the staff, but I thought it was a reliable hotel without any problems.

The place runs on central heating system in early April when it is already 20 degrees outside. There's just a tiny window in the room.
Because the temperature in the room is high already, the heater will not run, but given there is no air con, there is literally no air flow in the room.
Had to borrow a fan from reception to deal with it.
The remote unit of the toilet system does not always work too.

Arrived without the view from the room, so the surrounding hotels and buildings are assumed. The room is clean and the bathroom is separate. The breakfast was delicious. I thought again, but the size of the tissue box is easy to use. The small type of square has been hard to get, so it's good to recur. Look, I knew there was only a disposable slipper, so this time I checked in and I gave you an additional reason. I'm sorry.

The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

GGuest User部屋に露天風呂付き、朝夕部屋食でこの宿を選びました。 この条件としては他のホテルに比べとても安くてお得感がありました。 部屋での食事は工夫されていておいしく、また係りの方も丁寧で良いです。 フロントにはありましたが、部屋にアルコールスプレーが置かれていないのは残念でした。 部屋の露天風呂は大きな開き戸を全開すると天井はありますが露天風呂になります。半露天かな。ラドン温泉水は常時注ぎ込まれており、バスタブは深く広く夫婦と子供2人の4人くらいなら一度に入れるくらいの大きさでとても開放感があります。 部屋にはその浴槽1つのみで、身体の洗い場スペースもあります。 その開放された窓からの景色はすばらしく、川向こうの山の爽やかな緑一面なのでとてもリラックスできます。鴻朧館のHPのトップにある景色そのままでした。 さらに高価格の宿と比較すると設備で高級感は少し劣りますが、有馬の他の宿は街中にあるのでこの景色は臨めないでしょう。 大浴場は行っていませんがコロナ前には小さい缶ビールも無料提供されていました。現在は中止中でした。川沿いに金泉のお風呂もあります。 駅からはシャトルバスがあり、川沿いを少し上ると意外と混んでいるマス釣り場や滝があります。

To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again.
The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint.
I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast. Ssa2kiI went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.

JJapaneseosakaLibmax is located all over Japan, but there is not much good memories until now. Had the lowest image in the hotel chain, but here is very good.
