Hotels near Miyashita Park, Kobe

However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.

Location in excellent. Very close to shopping malls and JR stations . Breakfast is light but yummy and afternoon tea service is wonderful. All of my family really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

My elderly parents stayed in the room adjacent to mine. It was good that it was a walk-in shower with a shower stool instead of a bath tub because this eliminates the chance of my parents falling down when getting in and out of a bath tub.
