The location is very good with a convienent area, but the bathroom really smells. Only 1 night stays is fine.

Honestly such an amazing stay! The staff were so lovely and so helpful! Location is perfect as everything is within walking distance. We didn’t use taxis or Ubers once to get around the city. Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Really do recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Krakow!

The hotel is on floor 3 and 4. I thought it was on 1 and 2 and was not concerned about the fact that there is no lift. It took a few breaks to lug our bags all the way up. Also, the light in the hallway on the floor below the hotel is out, so returning late at night needs a bit of caution.

Nice, clean & comfortable room. Fantastic location if you’re a tourist. Easy check in and happy to help with late check out. We were located on the 3rd floor, so the 84 steps up (no lift) was a nightmare after a day of sightseeing in the heat 37°. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel, but not on 3rd floor. 😄😄

Fantastic little find. Loved our stay. Room was lovely, with everything that you would need. Fantastic location, just off the main square, with lots of great bars & restaurants nearby, and yet the hotel is so quiet. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

A really lovely hotel in an amazing location just off the main square. They gave a little present of chocolate for my birthday which was a great little touch which really shows they are looking after their guests. Would definitely recommend

The location is just perfect, literally a two minute walk from the main square. Everything is spotlessly clean and there's everything you should need in a hotel room, even Netflix! We were greeted by very friendly staff on both check in and check out. There's no lift in the building but don't let that put you off. Once in the hotel you wouldn't believe how close you are to the centre, it's so quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel around 1pm and was exhausted from travelling, we didn’t think we could check in until 3pm but the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly checked us straight in no hassle or anything. It’s a hidden gem… absolutely beautiful boutique style place so clean and the decor it’s stunning, beds are so big and comfortable! Everything you need apart from hair conditioner! We were at the back of the hotel so not over the square and was peaceful! For breakfast you are given vouchers for a restaurant 2 doors down and the food is outstanding but massive…. I highly recommend this place

This is by far one of this best places we have stayed!! Location is 10/10 for everything - although the road is pedestrianised you get dropped at the top of the street. We stayed in room 7 - spacious, no noise, working lockable safe, big mirror slight lack of coat hangers but plenty of shelving space bed was super comfy. The room was serviced everyday clean towels bins emptied if required bed was made. The only down side to the room it was on the top floor now if your fit as a fiddle you will have no problems as there is no lift but once you've had a couple of beers from the local Banialuka across the street you could find this a challenge. Hairdryer was a bit hit an miss if you have long hair like i do and really want to grumble. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking this place again if we come back! Dominika was very efficient in replying to emails and sorting out my special requests. Magdalena was our host when we arrived to check in and gave us all the info we needed to fulfil our stay, advised us where we go for breakfast or if we needed to order to take away. No complaints - we had a great stay! :)
