Strategic location. 10min distance to Pavillion , Jalan Alor food street just opposite the hotel. Cleanliness room and requested baby cot for my baby. Level 4 have bintang playhouse , hotel guest charges Rm50 for 2 hours play. Clean and nice playground also. My toddlers have so much fun there after we took our hotel breakfast.
Having some incident as my husband left his wedding ring inside the room after we checkout, we immediately call hotel and 5min later hotel call back and informed the wedding ring founded. Thumbs up for the team and overall we have a pleasant stay with Hotel Royal Signature. Definitely will come again. Thanks

Great location and modern rooms. Relatively small but more than adequate for a city trip, as there was still enough storage space (especially in the bathroom)

Overall it's good. The hotel facilities are relatively new and the location is convenient. It's just across the street from Alor Food Street and it's a 15-minute walk to the pavilion. The main reason for booking in the first place was the new paid children's playhouse, which is a blessing for families with young children. We went there twice during our stay.

The location is very good, very close to Sungei Wang Plaza, the hotel services and facilities are also good, but the new hotel smells too strong, and the windows can't be opened, the smell gives me a headache, the decoration smell is too strong

Location is perfect, but it's too crowded most times and they don't have sufficient lifts to cater the crowd.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Bukit Bintang but a long way away, so it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Straight ahead from the door is Alor Street. To the west is the Jamei Masjid Independence Square route, and to the east are Bukit, Pavilion and Petronas Twin Towers.
I booked a family room, and the waiter opened the sofa and made the bed himself. The children loved it. I will stay here again next time I come to Kuala Lumpur.
