We only stay for one night since it is only our transit, but then we had a great night. The bed was so comfy with a very good room view. Thank you, and I will surely book this hotel longer next time. Pam & Reg ❤️

I recently stayed here for 4 nights as a first-time solo female traveler and had an overall positive experience. My room was very clean and spacious for one person, with a great view and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room at a perfect temperature, while the hot water and water pressure in the shower were consistently good. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions. A few minor issues came up during my stay: the TV channels had a tendency to glitch, and I had to call a technician multiple times, especially after turning the TV off. If you're using Grab, be prepared for some delays as the road in front of the hotel is usually busy. The location is a bit of a walk (12-14 minutes) from the nearest LRT station, so if you enjoy walking like I do, it's not a big deal; otherwise, it might feel a bit far. The lobby can feel crowded since it’s on the smaller side, and while the breakfast is decent, I’d love to see a bit more variety, and quicker replenishing of items would be nice too. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean room with friendly service!

Smooth check in and check out. Doesn't take so long. Front desk staff are really helpful in fulfilling my request since I booked 2 rooms, I request side by side rooms with KLCC views. I bring my MIL & SIL together and they're so happy with the room. Breakfast is ok, a variety of food. Mee kari is awesome we love that. The pool was also nice my girl kept asking to go there. Only my MIL toilet room cannot close properly. Parking also free just validate at the front desk before going out. Overall satisfied

when my friend and I got to our room, we were greeted with the Petronas Twin Tower view. it indeed was beautiful in broad daylight, and spectacular at night! what we didnt like was that our room at one glance seems clean, but when we double checked it was dusty (especially the kettle glass shelf), the toilet condition was a little off (shower door was ”broken”), shower head was adjustable but cant angle it properly like it was loose, sink tap water took so long to change temperature, under the beds we slept on had some leftover rubbish and lots of dirt and dust (checked by accident because i dropped something). the windows were dirty as well, it had some dust and watermarks from the outside. and thats just about the room. what we also didnt expect was that we had to go down to the reception to get a WIFI router to have WIFI access in our room. what happened was, we tried the format stated on the key card holder to log in to the WIFI (eg. name of guest + room no. + password), we tried 3 times before calling the reception for help. we tried 2 more times after they asked to try again but still failed so we had to call them again. they said they'll call back and i initially thought maybe they'd send someone up but they called us about 10mins after to say ”we'll give you a router, you can come to the reception counter to collect it”. i was confused but i just said okay sure and hung up. so yeah we went to take the router, head back to the room and get it sorted out on our own. other than the room related stuffs, we also didnt like the buffet breakfast provided 🥲 it was really disappointing, the food options were limited, the food quality was not good (french toast was dry!!), the cups for hot drinks were dirty. we had the buffet once during our 4 days stay, and thats more than enough to say about the experience. no hard feelings though, the hotel is nearby berjaya times square, walking distance too. we like the comfy beds and tv channels. we hope theres some improvements made by the mangement there!

A good place to stay. I am loving it. Nearby KL CC and my family and wife love hotel services. This is my 5th time staying in Chorus hotel. Not to forget, a great service from Trip.com

Good hotel to stay, near the attraction places, clean hotel, lobby smells good, polite and friendly staffs, good services, except for parking. No parking space is provided for customers; it only has valet parking, which is very expensive. Because of no public parking, no choice; I request a valet, but I need to pay RM40 just because I arrived before check-in time around 12.++ p.m.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Chinatown Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a great experience in the heart of the city. The hotel is in an ideal location for those looking to explore Chinatown and the surrounding attractions, with plenty of shops, eateries, and landmarks just a short walk away. It’s perfect for travelers wanting easy access to KL's vibrant culture and street food. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, though relatively compact – which worked well for me but might feel a bit snug for those with a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities were adequate, including fast Wi-Fi, which was great for planning out the day’s activities. We did have to change to another floor because of some smoke, possibly a wiring issue, One standout feature of the Travelodge was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was with local recommendations or helping arrange transportation. The cafe food was below ordinary, found a big rat running on the buffet counter which was a put off, so not a good thing Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, Travelodge Chinatown is an excellent option.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.
