"I had a great stay in the hotel. Clean room, looks new and very comfy. Great staff. Loved the cafe and we made real connection with the work staff. If I remember the names correctly, Hussein, Eddy Den and a wonderful lady that joined the team later on. Mary or Merri. All really attentive and very hard working even though they seemed to be there every minute of the day. They really made the trip fun. The food was buffet style but really up to par, especially breakfast. Loved it. Had to tell all because it was really worth it. A gem for us Brits to take a punt on. Don't leave it all to the Germans!!! Lol. And the sea, the towns nearby, absolute heaven. Thank you the team. You know who!!! See you next year if not sooner."

"Stayed for two nights and was really impressed. Great design of hotel and rooms. Lovely indoor pool and saunas. Breakfast good, roof top bar excellent and all staff amazing. Centrally located but some may be put off by the fact that it looks into the bus station."

"The spa photos on the website are stunning, but, unfortunately, the actual experience is not even close to what you might expect. Try to imagine at least 100 people in those photos, and you'll get a more realistic picture. The spa is consistently overcrowded, with six people squeezed into one jacuzzi at all time, far too few sunbeds, and no space in the adults-only top-floor spa even after a long wait. The sauna is similarly packed, making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit. Overall, the spa is by far too small for a hotel of this size. If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience, you might want to consider other hotels."
