It was raining heavily when we arrived in Kunming on the evening of the 4th. It was already past 10pm when we arrived at the hotel. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Their front desk has moved to the 27th floor, and the sign is not obvious. We asked the security guard at the door, and he told us that it had moved. We asked the security guard to help open the door to check in, but he told us that he did not have the authority to open it. It was raining heavily, so we waited at the door for several minutes. There was no response when we pressed the doorbell, and we could enter with the people who were checking in. We went to the hotel, but we did not see a sign and did not know where to check in. We called and found out that we had to go to the 27th floor. After we went up to check in, they told us to wait a while, but it was just their employees talking. They said they were checking in, so forget it, but it turned out that it was just the employees here talking. It was already past 10 o'clock, and we were still carrying a baby, and we had not eaten yet. We came to check in and were told to wait a while. We waited for almost 10 minutes, and we were very angry. We told them again that we were still carrying a baby, could they help us check in, and she said that she would check us in after a while. Checked in, the carpet in the room was filthy, there was hair in the bathtub, it was really disgusting, there were only two pairs of slippers in the four-person room, the baby walked on the floor without shoes for a while and the slippers turned black immediately, the carpet was uneven, the only good thing was that it was close to Kunhua Hospital, thinking that it was so late to stay, they only gave one room card, it was very inconvenient, I went to them to ask for an electricity card, they told you to open the door and ring the doorbell, there are people 24 hours, I really want to say that no one opened the door for me when I checked in, and then they said that there were elderly people staying there and it was inconvenient to have one card, so they reluctantly made one, the next day I went to the hotel for breakfast, this breakfast is really hard to describe, when we went there at 9 o'clock, breakfast was not over yet, there was nothing, we ordered three bowls of rice noodles, it was really the worst I have eaten in this half life, there was nothing to eat, eggs were not replenished, we asked them for it, the eggs were boiled like preserved eggs, and there were people walking around with bare chests, it was really too bad

離昆華醫院很近，附近吃的也挺多的

I have lived in this hotel for seven or eight years. In the past few years, I felt it was really good and comfortable. But since last year, I have obviously felt that the environment and facilities are not so good. Especially the facilities are very old and the corners are a bit dirty. Under the premise of increasing competition among various hotels, if it continues to operate like this, it will only get worse and worse, because the price is more expensive than in previous years. If you only increase the price without adding services, it will definitely not work. The location is the best, next to a shopping center and a hospital.
