The whole can be, there are pick-ups but many hotels are together, I can't find the hotel underground, but the service is very good, the attitude is very good, I called many times and was very patient; It doesn't feel particularly clean. It seems to be stained with nose shit or something dirty. There is also a little yellow dirt in the toilet. The whole is acceptable. There are many snacks next to it.

Room is large and well equipped. Housekeeping very efficient. Gym small and the guy on the front desk is awful and needs replacing. Breakfast great but only one coffee machine. Location good can walk to Plaza 66 for good restaurants. Worse thing at the hotel is smoking is allowed in All areas-so you eat and sleep in a fug of second hand carcinogens. Yuck Eric Zhang on front desk did not bother to greet me in any way, kept his head down and avoided eye contact 5stAr? Nope

Checking in was simple. Friendly entrance and front desk staff. Room was spacious, clean, and a good quiet city view that doesn’t interrupt sleep. Bathroom is clean, minimalistic. Two sinks make it very efficient for a couple to get ready in the night and morning. Bed was also comfy enough. Overall, no complaints. You get what you pay for. A good room design that’s high enough for a good nights sleep and luxurious feel.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The hotel is very near to 南屏步行街 and昆明老街, also near to their shopping area, subway is only a 5 min walk is a plus to the hotel. The breakfast is very good and the service is great too. The only down side is there is no central heater system when we stay in, will feel cold in the room if in winter period. If you are looking for a hotel with great location and breakfast, you can consider it.

I think we have to keep in consideration that this is probably one of the more luxurious hotels in the city, also you get the prestige of staying within the skyscraper compound, the only skyscraper compound in the city. The hotel is literally next to a food street with LOCAL pricing and a large shopping mall with electrical appliances, a supermarket and lots of other local shoe and clothing brands within it. Not to mention there is an IMAX cinema! The room is large and the bed is super big (larger than king). The entire room is decorated with marble slabs, MBS level materials. Highly recommend you book the breakfast if you do not like or aren't that good with Chinese Breakie. The breakfast spread is pretty good, international and Chinese selection, canned drinks, bottled water. Try the yogurt machine's yogurt, pretty good. Special thanks to Receptionist Anna Ke for the special care during our stay and ultra special thanks to Lester for making the effort to help me receive my Taobao Shipments as I did not have a Chinese Number to facilitate the transaction process. Lester really went out of his way to help us out. Protip: If you are visiting and are looking for cheap souvenirs, tea, clothes, luggages and other essentials, I recommend you Visit Shuang Long Shopping center 双龙商城 (closes at 5pm) The souvenir prices at the old street are pretty much extortion levels after you visit Shuang Long.
