As for the service, some front desk staff did not speak English fluently, which made communication difficult. As a hotel with a high price and facing international tourists, I hope to choose a front desk staff with fluent English to receive guests. I know that Japanese hotels need to pay a fee for late check-out, which is 5,000 yen per hour. I paid it normally. But when I handed the room card to a service staff at the front desk, he rolled his eyes. This is why I gave the service a low score. Of course, the service attitude of some employees is very good.

Stayed for 3 nights and the disposable slippers in the room were not replaced. My friend and I both suggested and believed that the hotel should replace the disposable slippers at least every 2 nights to provide guests with convenient and hygienic services
