Bluegreen Vacations Odyssey Dells Resort

This resort was in a very good location If you were wanting to spend your time at Mount Olympus waterpark… it was easy to walk to. The room was nice and clean. I was disappointed with the size of the balcony- they had a couple plastic chairs sitting there and that was about all there was room for. Don’t plan on doing much for cooking the stove top was a joke; it was nice to have a full size refrigerator and microwave. I booked this trip in April and there was no additional fees until right before we left in August, I found out there was a $30 a day resort fee. I didn’t mind for the first couple days because we were able to use everything at the waterpark. But after Labor Day 80% of the park shut down and you still have to pay the same fees so it feels like you’re ripped off a little bit. Not a bad resort and everyone was very nice. There was nothing special or super exciting about it though.

Our Stay at the resort was very comfortable. Fernando Paniagca was very helpful in giving us directions to find the resort when we first got there as it was a little bit confusing as to where we needed to go and anything else we needed in relations to our stay he helped to take care of it for us. He is absolutely awesome and so is Gabriel Bentacourt. Both of these guys made sure all our concerns and needs were taken care of; All the staff at the resort was very nice, helpful and pleasant but the two I mention above were top notch! The kitchen area was a little small, only 2 little burners with a small area of counter space and a sink to do any cooking. It didn't have any oven and we called the front desk and Gabriel brought us down a small air fryer oven which was so very helpful. We were able to cook all the food that needed to go in an oven and complete our meals It did have a microwave but I try not to use those. Overall, we had a great time while being at this location for a week. I would stay there again.

Resort is great for a family. Mount Olympus water park has been updated and is included with your stay. Rooms have been updated and clean. Ability to cook in your room saves a lot of money and gives the kids more time at the park. Location is wonderful for some extra adventures, shopping, good food and fun.

I was a bit hesitant to stay here given some comments in Trip Advisor. But I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe things are better now that Bluegreen is owned by Hilton. This property is super close to Mt. Olympus and that was a plus. The refrigerator and toaster in the room were definite pluses. We didn't cook at all, but brought food back from various restaurants and we could store it. along with our drinks. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, and the bedrooms were smallish, but still good. The bathrooms were superb -up to date and worked well for our 6 people The sofa bed was more comfortable than I thought it might be. We didn't see any bugs. The only thing perhaps of concern was that the main entrance was open. I don't know if it was locked after 10PM as we didn't go out after that.

Great location in Wisconsin Dells. The resort was well maintained and the unit had everything we needed. Only thing is that the unit did not have was a W/D. Free wristbands to the waterpark/theme park next to the resort. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. The lobby coffee machine was a nice addition.

Condo at Mt Olympus. I had the opportunity to stay in one of the Condo's and after reading some of the reviews here, I admit I was very concerned. So, for those of you who read the reviews please look at the dates, because our group of 6 had a great time in a very nice 2 room condo with a balcony. I stayed at Christmas Mountain in 2023 in a log cabin and had a terrible experience. However, this trip Blue Green showed me why people do enjoy these experiences. We cooked breakfast every day and ate out for dinner. We had snacks for in between and evenings, when we switched from water/fun park to wineries / shopping. The condo layout was perfect for 4 adults that need space, but since we are a close group, it was great for 6. The staff was wonderful and if you call for a concierge, ask for Rachel. We didn't have any excessive bugs in the room, you can smell more "smoke" walking downtown then at the BG facilities and all the kids we ran across in the hotel had parents on their heels. The Waterpark well the kids are excited and curious, nothing we didn't expect. We actually saw some adults call out line jumping, and we were glad to see the children be respectful. Negatives: drivers in the parking lot, adult drama in the parking lot. The one big non-people improvement could be signs. The path to get into the condo area and the signs in Mt Olympus need repairs and updating. I give those young adults credit for some of the crap they tolerate. Very clean, fun, convenient and quiet resort. Garbages always promptly taken, and supplies replenished when requested. Wristbands for waterpark and amusement park included in stay. Will definitely return with my family.

I was traveling with my husband and my 6 years old granddaughter. We are very happy with everything water park and theme park is free room was nice and clean staff was nice. We will go back. Lobby have nice coffee enjoyed every morning.

Enjoyed our stay in the Dells at the Odyssey. Rooms were clean and updated. We did wish there was 2 toilets in addition to the 2 bathroom like sinks. It was the off season of the waterpark, however it was enjoyable with less congestion.
