The rooms are okay aren't great but aren't with worst either! Blankets had holes in (burnt).. the rooms are okay kitchen us kinda outdated and cabinets! Cleanness was a 5/10 definitely could be better! Overall I think the rooms are a 6/10!! Could be better especially for price..

Starting with the positive, there were no signs of bed bugs. Plenty of other bugs made their way into my room most probably because of the outside doors. This is a bare bones accommodation, no mattress cover or mattress pad, small square pillows (shake out and look for bugs 1st). Towels and wash cloths are paper thin. While there is evidence of somewhat recent paint the entire room needed a deep cleaning. Baseboards, outlet covers shelves, corners, etc. Also, there was no phone, iron or ironing board in my room. I did tell the office staff and hopefully they took care of that when I left. Friendly staff but it looks like corporate is not investing money in this location. Disappointing stay especially since I have stayed at other Extended Stay in the past. I was in town for a funeral and family and needed to be close otherwise I would have moved.

Staying at the Extended Stay-Denver Lakewood South has been a nice experience. The room and the property are clean. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful, and they do their job well. It has been a great home away from home. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. Krystle at the front desk made my day today. I originally checked in Aug 6th. Due to the my work schedule rest is important. I've had a few disturbances, was moved twice. From the first floor to the second floor. Ultimately the 3 rd floor is where I needed to be. SHE MADE THAT HAPPEN . I'm thxful for Kim and Billy as well. They've also help me in ways the best they could. I'm thxful for the whole staff. But KRYSTLE was able to MAKE IT HAPPEN and I appreciate that. THX GUYS

We were staying at Holiday Inn next door. I saw this place had walk out rooms so with a dog I thought I’d check it out. Was told room ready but policy was cannot check in until after 3 so waited. Got to room & Ive never seen a more disgustingly filthy, worn down room. Leaves all over floor, lay marks on bed along with dirt, patched holes in wall, stained ironing board. There was dried gunk in table, fridge, microwave, counters. Crumbs under/in every nook & cranny. The bathroom was gross with frayed towels & poop stain toilet. I couldn’t get out fast enough.

The rooms aren’t great. Bathroom sink clogged, hot water barely working, gross mattress on the couch bed. On top of that there was some very noisy guests. Screaming and music past midnight. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good for weeklong stay. Came in for preop visit then surgery. Stayed 1 night postop then flew out the next morning. More like home, no daily cleanings. Had extra pillows which helped postop
