She was very knowledgeable and helpful many times during my stay. The other member of your team that was the icing on the cake was Maria in the breakfast room. She truly made me feel like I was the only occupant in the hotel. But she treated all guests with a caring smile and conversation if needed. I feel my wife and I have made a friend.
