Amazing
MMiss mushroomThis was the best value-for-money hotel on our trip, and we had a fantastic stay. First and foremost, I have to praise the floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, offering an amazing view of the sunset, the azure bay, and lush green lawns. The room was quite spacious, with modern amenities and excellent facilities. The front desk and concierge service were both top-notch. The breakfast was also good, with coffee, hot tea, and local specialty milk tea. You could sit either indoors or on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful scenery while you ate. There were even some bold birds hopping onto the table to snatch bread – it was a truly wonderful experience.

The hygiene is top-notch, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, offering great value for money. The overall environment is quiet and elegant. MM37460****I stayed here for a trade show, and it was conveniently located close to the exhibition center. There's also a commercial street nearby, making dining very easy. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the hygiene was excellent. It was a pleasant stay.

JJian ZhiI booked the room at the very last minute, and when i checked in i wasnt expected that i was upgraded to the club room. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the most important thing is the reception knew my flight is at the night so she made a late checkout for me when checking in, nice place to stay and nice view

AAmir AbdRoom is spacious and value for money but the pillows are quite old and too soft. Breakfast was generally good with good variety of options. Layout of hotel not very appropriate to host larger family groups. Staff are quite flexible and eager to assist. Tried asking for late checkout but was only given about 30 mins extra rather than the typical 1hr

I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled.
Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest.
Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.
• The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.
• Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
• Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.
• The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.
• On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz.
Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

RRajM249327940Sharjah International is the hotel for the airport of the same name. It costs about 35 AED to get there by airport taxi (45 AED in a limo) and 25 AED to get back by Uber. It is a tired tatty hotel that hasn't had nearly enough recent investment, but the staff are friendly and the rooms functional and pleasant. There is certainly no view or pleasant public space. Overall, if this is for one night before or after a flight, I would strongly recommend it, for its functionality, but for a leisure trip it is definitely not the right choice. Therre is also nowehere to walk from here.
