"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp."

"Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too. The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks"

"Very aestheic common area, large spaces and extra chairs in the room, clean bedding and toilet, people are friendly, really enjoyed the free water and coffee! Unfortunately when checking in, I wasn’t told anything about how to use the locker in my room nor information on the breakfast. Plus it’s a 20-min walk to the nearest train station Berchem, and even more far away to Antwerp centraal station. But overall, great value of money!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby. Our junior suite was spacious, and the large sofa made the room feel especially comfortable. The huge shower was another highlight, but the real standout was the memory foam mattress. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and made the stay feel quite special. The room rate itself was attractive, although several extras were charged separately. Parking and breakfast are understandable, but €2 for a capsule of rather average coffee felt excessive. I am not saying Starbucks serves exceptional coffee, but at least it is a recognised brand. Charging €7 to use the pool was also unusual, although it was at least available for guests who wanted it. Overall, this was still a five-star experience for us. The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable."

"I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my trip. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the station, and along the way there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There are also plenty of dining options and shops near the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast environment is calm and relaxing, with a wide variety of food, and everything tastes very good. The hotel staff are polite, and there is sparkling water available in the lobby. The room is comfortable, clean, and very practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. "In terms of value for money, my partner and I confidently give it a solid 5*. Book with breakfast included — it will save you a significant amount of money. There are a few minor points to be aware of: The city itself is very expensive. The lift and electricity in the room only work when the key card is inserted. At breakfast, you can make Belgian waffles yourself, although using an American-style waffle iron. There are some visible signs of wear and tear, and our shower leaked slightly onto the tiles. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The morning coffee is very good."
