Well-located hotel, close to the airport, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, clean facilities, pleasant pool area, fully equipped gym, polite and helpful staff, as well as a wonderful breakfast full of options for all tastes. I recommend it.

Well located hotel with excellent breakfast and very good service, especially the person who makes the omelets, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in Bras and one of the elevators was not working and there was a wait. I recommend the hotel for the attention and hospitality.

O Mar Hotel faz jus ao preço que cobra. Sem dúvidas é uma das melhores acomodações que você vai encontrar no Recife. Acredito que também tenha o melhor café da manhã e os melhores serviços. Para quem está chegando ou saindo do aeroporto, ele também é bem rápido de chegar e sair. O único ponto negativo que vejo foi an internet, que poderia ser um pouco mais rápida e com melhor sinal.

Só fiquei 01 noite por conta de conexão. Bem localizado para o que eu precisava (próximo ao aeroporto), não tive tempo de tomar café, quarto pequeno e simples. Bom atendimento. Para a minha necessidade, tudo certo.

The room hygiene is the best I have traveled to Brazil so far, the dinner is very good, the price is reasonable, and the music is very pleasant. I stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

A fairly reliable budget chain in Brazil with a decent breakfast included in the price. Although dated, this property is conveniently located in the centre of the city for all the main sights. There's a roof terrace with swimming pool and views that span the city.
