"I’m absolutely satisfied with the hotel. The location is beautiful, neighborhood quite safe and clean. The hotel receptionists are very helpful and friendly, speak good English, we got our room earlier than check-in time without any problems. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good as well, although from my point of view missing some fresh vegetables. The rooftop is adorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets. Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm. The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here. Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival."

"The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars."

"Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. However, I was confused about some charges at checkout. Water and other items were charged, and there was another charge for something I didn't consume. The receptionist explained it was a minimum charge, which, although only a few tens of dollars, still felt a bit unclear."

"Excellent value for money. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was shocked because my experience couldn't have been better. Overall, the service was good and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was 6/10, but at least the menu was changed every day - the juice could be better. The room was small but cozy. It had an incredible view of Christ the Redeemer that we fell in love with. Hot and cold water, intense and soft for all tastes. However, the blanket/duvet needs improvement, it's not enough for a couple and the material is not comfortable, and the TV didn't work properly (although we didn't even use it). 8/10. The cleaning didn't leave anything to be desired, the hallways always smelled nice, although the hallway on my floor was very hot. The service at the reception was quick and straightforward. Everyone was very polite. 9/10."

"Walking to the beach for ten minutes, it is actually less than 1,000 meters because there is a slope but the downhill is fast. The nearby residents belong to the poor. There are more motorcycles. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel. It is safe to swipe credit cards. It is not safe to come out at night, but foreigners go out to play in the middle of the night! The balcony of the room is very good. The roof looks at the sea. The breakfast is rich in fruit. The egg kitchen can be cooked. The price is good! Hygiene can be cleaned every day."

"24-hour security, very good location near the beach and shops. We used it for a day while waiting for our flight. Clean, comfortable bed, and the room includes towels and toiletries. It's good for short stays. We left before breakfast opened."
