"I've stayed here twice recently, and both times it was great. It's super close to all the nearby attractions, which is really convenient. The revolving restaurant on the top floor is absolutely amazing – you get a fantastic panoramic view of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Saint Lawrence River. The food and service there were also excellent."

"The hotel has a great location, situated on a street in the Old City. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old City, and mostly flat terrain to the Citadel, which saves effort. The Old City also offers excellent dining options. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the view from the window is quite nice. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Quebec's Old City."

"The location is excellent, perhaps improving. The room is adjusted, similar to the size of the rooms of the European hotels, but it can be fine. The state of the bathing articles was not the best, but before my complaint they were repaired immediately. With regard to the bathrooms, I still don't understand how so developed societies do not use the bidet for personal hygiene, even though they could put the service of a small shower inside the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and always seek to solve the problems you can have and advise you with courtesy. It is a very beautiful old house."

"It was close to Old Quebec, so it was great for sightseeing! The parking lot was underground, so my car didn't freeze on snowy days. The interior felt a little old, but the hot water came out well, so there was no inconvenience at all."

"The old hotel is newly renovated and clean. The location in the center of the old city is first-class. It can be called four stars. The only thing that is not satisfactory is that the hotel door is inconvenient to go up the stairs. You must wait for the hotel waiter to help carry your luggage up the ladder."

"This hotel was just about perfect for us. Whilst it was a little walk away from the Old Town (which we didn't mind), it was right around the corner from Rue St-Joseph, which is a bustling and lively street at the best of times, but we were lucky enough to be in Quebec City for a free music festival! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus having the swimming pool, too, which was never busy. The parking was a little on the expensive side, but it's city centre and was convenient. Overall, worked for us!"

"Great location, comfortable beds, and the common areas are cozy, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of seating and tables, and a wide array of cooking utensils. There are backpackers from all over the world, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Sitting there, whether eating or just browsing on my phone, was incredibly comfortable and relaxing – a feeling I haven't experienced in years. If you're traveling solo to Quebec, this is the best choice."

"Cozy room with large windows overlooking the street. Easy access with a bus stop nearby. The staff provided in time assisstance and were flexible with checkin time. Baggage drop off in a separate secured storage at the reception area made the stay here much more convenient."
