The location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Room is spacious and the view is incredible! The location not that bad just need to take a ramp to the falls for 4$ or you can purchase a WEGO package which cost u round 65$ and can take a bus with walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing about 42$ each not including tips and the room is kinda old but still not bad. They do not clean appropriately as I put my towels on floor but they didn’t remove it (as they told to be done that for get new towels)

Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China. Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price? Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

Great location, but the room was a major bait-and-switch. We booked a ”river view” room for our honeymoon, but the room we received was worlds apart from the promotional photos. Our view was 85% parking lot and 15% river—and at night, the river view was completely non-existent. I understand showcasing the ”best room” online, but it felt misleading. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as pictured, meaning we froze walking across the room to the shower to rinse off. We had notified the hotel weeks prior about our late check-in and our honeymoon. When we approached the front desk about the room mismatch, the staff member was understanding and helpful, but offered an Applebee's breakfast voucher to compensate. When we refused, they told us ”it was not a big deal” to just accept it. While I know they were trying to help, that specific phrasing felt dismissive given the situation. Pros: ＞ Location: Incredibly convenient, located right near the Falls Incline Railway. ＞Service: Check-out was extremely fast and seamless.Amenities: General hotel amenities were okay. Cons: ＞Vouchers: The hotel dining vouchers are pretty underwhelming. We used one for Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it still came out to almost $200 CAD, which in my opinion, was not worth it. ＞Room Reality: The layout and view were huge letdowns compared to what was advertised. The light switch for the bathroom in our was was also wonky -- If you move it wrong it doesn't turn on. Overall, the location is great, but don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the photos on the listing.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

It was perfect the way I wanted. Additional Air Shuttle Bus as Free Service in every 30 minits was so impressive one.
