Opened this year, the hotel is brand new and offers great value for money 🥳🥳. Our room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent waterfall; at night, we enjoyed the dazzling fireworks display!! The suite's design, from the bed to the sofa and even the bathtub, was extra-large, providing a spacious feel. It's an ideal stay for families and definitely worth recommending! 👍👍

The hotel's location is absolutely superb! After checking in, you get a direct view of the waterfalls.

At night, you can admire the waterfall views from your room. It would be even more wonderful if there were fireworks! We were also lucky enough to see a rainbow. This place is very pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for families with pets.

I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of the Falls, and the hotel has a direct connection to the casino. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The biggest downside, though, is the parking! You have to park in a small lot a bit of a distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which is really inconvenient. And it costs $45 for one night, which is absolutely ridiculous.

It was a nice and affordable place to stay. It’s close to Niagara Falls, fast food, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the chlorine in the pool was very strong, and my kids kept coughing every time they went swimming.

【Highly Recommended! An unexpectedly amazing stay】
The business suite I stayed in was an absolute delight! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular city view, and the room was equipped with a smart control system – a simple voice command was all it took to adjust the lighting and curtains. The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning.
What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed.
The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The restaurant was contracted out so that hotel guests were not allowed to dine in the restaurant, and the parking lot was not located underneath the hotel. It takes about a few minutes to get there using the car provided by the hotel.

Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

GGuest UserThe staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.
