Hotels near Langstrasse in Zurich

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Zurich Central Station, about 15 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take the tram from Bahnhofstrasse, which is about three stops away. I booked a single room, so it was on the smaller side. It's a non-smoking hotel, which meant I, as a smoker, had to go to the small garden behind the lobby to smoke. Because of this, I got to know the front desk staff quite well, and they were all super friendly. The manager, who is from Nepal, even offered me coffee for several days, which was really nice! There's a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby, run by Thais, and the food is delicious – very much to a Chinese palate! It practically became my daily canteen. As for prices, well, everyone knows how expensive Switzerland is. It was about 30 Swiss francs per person, but that's actually quite affordable for Zurich. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next business trip to Zurich!

Great location! It's close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse, and there's a Coop supermarket right downstairs.

Let's face it Switzerland and Zurich aren't affordable for the budget traveller. So this accommodation isn't exactly value but it isn't too bad. Location is good proximity to the train station (10 minutes walk) but to the historic quarter and the lake it's a little bit further (allow 25-30 mins). There's supermarkets located less than 50 metres away (across the street and up the road). Also plenty of places to get food or go to a bar. The communication via email was prompt, timely and detailed. There's no reception here and you get instructions and codes to access things. The room was an ok size but very spartan in regard to fittings or amenities. Think a clean, one star hotel and this is it. There's no kettle or AC but there's a hairdryer and TV. Also note that it's on a busy road and the area is up and coming. This means traffic, people and cars. So it can get noisy. Even the Swiss people can be loud sometimes. I was lucky it wasn't a warm evening, so I could keep the window shut but if it was open, there would be enough noise to make it hard to fall asleep (and I was on the floor 3).

We were 2 pax, but given an apartment style room, so that was great. However, would have appreciated if there were more than 1 charging point, a kettle as well as a table to place belongings. Otherwise, really convenient location, and there was even coop supermarket right opposite. Showers worked well too.

Great value and well located, easy 10 min walk from HBf. Room is basic, but has all you really need, and sleep comes easily. Have stayed many times over the years, maybe some slight room updates are due - USB ports would be nice and maybe international plug accepting sockets..

The location is pretty and quiet 13-19min away the airport Less than 15min to city and it’s easy to get around Rooms are not small and pretty tidy and clean Check in was smooth and staff are very nice and helpful ! Around the hotel there’s shop, cinema and nice cafe can stopped by!

The location is convenient, close to Zurich Train Station and the city centre. However, the hotel Wi-Fi is unstable and tends to disconnect automatically. The breakfast selection is limited, and the room does not have a ventilation fan. On the positive side, the check-in and check-out process was very easy and fully self-service, with no staff required.

After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

The room was sufficiently big . For the price i paid . Cant complaint. It was the cheapest room compared to my interlaken and lucerne hotel or zermatt. Simple.
