"Shuttle bus to/from airport is only free for guest if booked directly with hotel and it cost 8 Swiss per pax for non direct bookings. Which is not a good approach for first timer guest stay in my opinion and location is a little inconvenient, walks about 15-20min to nearest train station. Booking through trip.com makes us “not” official guest.
But overall our trip at Zurich is still good, hotel room itself is not bad, secure and clean, which is still worth it to stay. Staff is helpful with guides and friendly. 👍"
"The location of this hotel is very strategic, close to the train station and also close to the bus station to airport. The breakfast is good. The room is clean dan the staff was really nice"
"My favorite hotel is here, five star service. Front desk staff helped me take my suitcases to my room and was very friendly and easy going. I like the simplistic concept without toothbrush and othe amenities. Location is fantastic too close to airprot and metro and supermarket."
"This is my second stay at this hotel, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! The rooms are well-equipped, there's a supermarket nearby, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. Plus, there's a park behind the hotel, perfect for a run."
"The stay couldn't be more perfect. 2 steps away from a main station, staff are just so lovely and welcoming. Always happy to help and smilling.
Hotel was clean and stylish. But the highlight was the stay as how comfortable the beds were, we almost missed our excursion because the bed and pillow were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. We will be back. Special shoutout to Nikolau in reception for being super friendly our entire stay and giving us tips and info about our stay."
"Clean and tidy with a quiet environment. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The triple room was quite spacious. There's a tram right outside that goes directly to the train station, which is super convenient!"
"Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out, or with a layover. We couldn't check in before 3 PM, but there were complimentary fruits and drinks in the lobby. The room facilities were excellent, and the bathroom had strong water pressure and even a shower seat! After 24 days of tiny, cramped hotel bathrooms in Switzerland where it was hard to even turn around, this was a welcome luxury before leaving the country. The breakfast was good too."
"I had a wonderful stay at the Zurich Intercity Airport Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for travelers who need easy access to the airport. The overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional help I received when I accidentally left my earphones behind. The hotel staff kindly took the time to help me locate them, kept them safe, and arranged for my friend to pick them up later. Their honesty, responsibility, and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference and showed genuine care for their guests.
I am very grateful for the outstanding service and support from the team. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zurich and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."
"The hostel is really nice, the host is very friendly, the facilities are what you would expect in a hostel. It is very clean and tidy. Overall, its a really great stay."
"Excellent stay at Vision Apartments, Zurich.
It was my first experience with self check-in and contactless service but honestly it was very smooth and I really liked this concept. You have to do online check in with their e mail message and get your codes in advance which I practically did.
Rooms are exactly as described. Very neat and clean property.
Centrally located on the train and tram stop with only
10-15 mins connectivity with main Zurich Central station as well as Airport. We went to Rine Falls, boat rides ,old town and also Mt.Rigi from there only.
We did not took breakfast so no comments on it but they have full fledged Bar/Restro and Breakfast with extra charge (17.5 chf) available with luxurious sitting area on top floor.
BEST was the huge shared kitchen along with Restaurant with Electric Ovens, Electric Gas , all pots and pans, dish washer etc.
I cooked all my meals for us during my 3 days stay. Infact I cooked the meals and took for full day excursions. COOP is adjacent to this property and more stores also. Fridge,Hot Kettle and microwave, plus cutlery available in my room.
Huge seating area free for all beside Shared kitchen . You can sit there eat and enjoy with your family and friends.
Affordable and best property in Zurich with all these facilities.. simply Osm and my best booking.😍"

JJudgeJustinAfter surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.”
The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze.
The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience.
If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!)
We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.
AAnonymous UserHotel room is small but comfy. No fridge or phone to call the recep in the room. Pantry at 4th floor to refill water. Air con works well and has hot water for shower. Walking distance to Zurich HB main station.
SsportspoonIts actually quite a walk from Zurich HB if u're travelling with an elderly, but my mother made it. There's actually a bus that you can take to the 'Central' bus stop and walk from there tho googlemap wont route u there coz its relatively a short walk. We stayed here for 1 night on arrival. Very comfortable and friendly staff.
GGuest UserGreat room which was well-designed with everything we needed. The service was excellent, despite not being staffed or having a reception desk at the property. The self check-in is very easy but unfortunately I had to contact the hotel to receive the information on how to do this as I hadn't received it. Once I'd checked in online I could see that they'd sent me some messages telling me how to do this, but I could only access this information once I'd already checked-in so I'm not sure how I was supposed to see the instructions before then. Thankfully it was easy to contact them and they were very helpful in sending me the information. They were also very speedy in providing extra pillows which we requested when we were there.
As well as an improved system for sending the check-in information and additional pillows, extra hangers and hooks/rails to hang towels would be beneficial but these are all minor points. We were very happy with the room and the service we received.
AAnonymous UserI absolutely do not recommend staying in the east wing. To get there, you have to walk through quite a long tunnel from the main building. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is super cramped too (if you open the door, you have to close it again to use the toilet because there's no space). The room isn't even big enough for two people to sit down and eat takeout.
Furthermore, something I found quite uncomfortable is that the room doesn't have windows that open. I like fresh air, and that makes the atmosphere feel stuffy and dry. When I booked, I didn't check the room type carefully and didn't expect to encounter so many inconveniences.
Before checking in, reception told me I could pay extra to switch to a better room, and that there were many large rooms available in the main building that night. (At hotels like InterContinental or Marriott, in situations like this, I usually get a free upgrade). If there are so many rooms available, I don't understand why they don't let you try one without charge. (I'm just giving my opinion; I know the hotel isn't obligated to do so).
GGuest UserVery clean and fully equipped (we really appreciated the coffee machine). Check-in was very straightforward. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods, which was a bit incovenient. There was also a microwave, but the plates and mugs provided were not microwave-safe (the metallic decoration gives off sparks), which is another inconvenience.
On our last day I was rushing in the hallway and slipped because the floor was freshly mopped. I sprained my ankle. Maybe this could have been prevented if there had been a sign to draw attention to the wet floor.
Despite these, I would recommend!
AArworn cThe hotel is conveniently located near Zurich HB station, with a Coop supermarket right next to the hotel, making it a great location. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
GGuest UserThe location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member at the hotel, so you need a passcode to enter. This means you must complete the web check-in by the day before your arrival to receive the passcode and room number via email from the hotel. It's absolutely essential not to forget to do the self-check-in beforehand.
