Facilities: The one-bedroom suite is spacious and well-designed. It has a bathtub, which is convenient for kids to bathe, and household appliances like a washing machine and microwave oven are all available, which is very handy.
Cleanliness: The hotel is new and very clean; the cleaning is meticulous.
Ambiance: The environment is nice, the decor is elegant, and there's an air purifier, so you don't smell anything unpleasant.
Service: The service is great, they are responsive to all requests. The freshly-made beef noodles at breakfast are the best! I'd suggest they put up a sign near the noodle station listing the types of noodles available, so every guest doesn't have to ask, and the staff doesn't have to repeat themselves.
Environment: There's also a great kids' play area with some tabletop games that kept the children entertained. They can also play in the lobby on the 29th floor.

I came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Opened in January, this service apartment-style hotel is a bit out of the way. The lobby has a great design aesthetic, and they offer late-night congee. The front desk staff could be more professional, but with the supervisor's help, I was able to switch to a more satisfactory room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no strong renovation smell inside, though the fresh air system was a bit noisy. The breakfast area was nice, but the food selection was limited. I had a fantastic stay, and the hotel's facilities truly impressed me!
The in-room amenities were top-notch: a smart toilet, high-quality bedding for an excellent night's sleep, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and seamless high-speed Wi-Fi coverage. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, strong water pressure, and well-known brand toiletries.
The public facilities were equally outstanding: a 24-hour gym with professional equipment, an executive lounge offering expansive views and exquisite dining. The lobby business center was fully equipped, and there was even a small exhibition area for sleep-related products.

The room is very large and clean, not very quiet around the city center, close to the subway. If you go to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, it is a bit far away. But the environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the service is very good, the opposite is Tianjie, shopping and eating are very convenient.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right off the elevated highway, so it's easy to get anywhere in Wuhan. The parking lot is huge; you can park anywhere in the entire compound, and there are even charging stations which is a great plus. The room was cozy and comfortable, the bedding was very soft, and the disposable toiletries were all of good quality. The hygiene was excellent, and the facilities and amenities were all comprehensive. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. A very satisfying stay!

During the May Day holiday, a family of four brought their children to play. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The hotel is in a prime location and is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The double bed is very suitable for children. Extra toothbrushes, slippers and mineral water for children are provided. The breakfast is rich, including hot dry noodles, mixed noodles, beef noodles, bean curd, etc. There are also rich varieties of fruits, cakes, drinks, salads, etc. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThis Atour hotel is truly excellent, and there were three things that particularly impressed me. Firstly, I arrived early, around 1 PM on the first day, and they immediately arranged a room for me. On the second day, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. Secondly, I felt the original room didn't have a direct enough river view, so I specifically called the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Lei helped me switch rooms. When I returned after dinner and a movie, the room had already been changed. Thirdly, the quality of the late-night snack was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The next morning, I woke up quite late and had planned to go out for breakfast. Due to the rain, I decided to just buy something, but since I went down late, the front desk still offered two complimentary breakfasts. Upon check-out, they even gave me a souvenir. Thumbs up!

The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, and the bedding was top-notch. After checking out, I accidentally left some clothes behind, but the front desk contacted me immediately and even offered to ship them to me, which I really appreciate. 🙏 I'll definitely be staying here again; it's a fantastic hotel. The housekeeping staff was also super quick when I needed something. Five-star rating all around!

The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe!
The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food!
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!

My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

As you step into the lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and pleasant fragrance, which will instantly dispel your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, checked us in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities attentively. The room was even more stunning. The space layout is reasonable and the lighting is excellent. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like being wrapped in clouds. The sleep quality is excellent. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and full of details.
The service was first class. Whether it's helping to call a taxi or recommending local attractions, the staff are always responsive and warm and thoughtful. One time I accidentally left something behind, and the staff contacted me immediately after discovering it and kept it properly until I retrieved it. It was so heartwarming. The environment, facilities and services were impeccable in every aspect. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here again!

The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

GGuest UserThe room decor is quite new, but the mattress was just okay. The location is excellent, which is why I stayed for two nights, extended for another, and booked two more rooms. However, due to a change in plans, when I tried to cancel one room the day before check-in, I faced a lot of resistance and excuses. Ctrip wasn't helpful and didn't handle it well. I even had to go back to the hotel to argue before they processed the refund, which was extremely disappointing! Plus, I found cigarette ash on both the first and twelfth floors.
Hygiene: Follow-up was not timely.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!
