Facilities: Although the hotel opened in the 2000s, it feels very new. Hygiene: Excellent, even cleaner than expected. Environment: The lobby is decorated with great style, and the rooms are decent, but the downside is that breakfast is just average.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the GLOBECOM conference venue, and there are many特色 small eateries nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and the taste was also great. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next conference!

Free snacks and drinks are available on the ground floor, and the service is excellent, with a good location to boot. However, the hotel's biggest drawback is its outdated facilities. My room didn't have a window, and in a twin room, only one bed had a bedside light switch, and neither had power outlets at the headboard, which was quite inconvenient.

Nestled in a quiet alley on the bustling Xinyi Road, Silv offers a unique charm without the need for a fancy hotel. It's perfect for a solo getaway or a short family trip. I later discovered another incredibly convenient feature: if you're taking the IELTS exam, staying overnight at Silv allows you to wake up naturally to the large floor-to-ceiling windows and walk less than 10 minutes from the alley to the exam venue. I highly recommend Silv!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's in a great location, just 200 meters from the Taipei Arena and very close to the subway station. The surrounding area has a well-developed business district, with Breeze Nanjing right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

Right outside the hotel is the MRT station, which is super convenient! This is my second time staying here, and the hotel is as busy as ever, mostly with tourists. The lobby is always lively every time I visit, and the restaurant is also fantastic. The Sichuan restaurant upstairs is perfect for me!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. After arriving at Matsuyama Airport, I hopped on the MRT, and it was only four stops and 20 TWD to get there without any transfers. Once I exited the station, it was just a quick walk across a main street, and I was there. The station itself has two lines, making access to anywhere a breeze. The lobby isn't on the ground floor; you check in at the front desk on the 5th floor. It’s not a five-star hotel with a doorman opening doors and carrying luggage, or a grand, bustling lobby on the first floor. However, once you step inside, the earthy tones and woody decor create a calm, bright, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. My room this time had two queen-size beds and was designed for four people. The bed sizes are generous, so I believe it could comfortably accommodate four adults unless they are exceptionally large. The linens were crisp and clean. I chose a room with a bathtub, and it was spacious enough. There was a separate shower stall with excellent water pressure, and temperature control was perfect. The shower even had three different settings. The bath towels were soft and pleasant to the touch. The room wear, a 'samue' style, was also very comfortable. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and cream, all with a wonderful aromatic scent. The mini-fridge offered complimentary healthy sparkling beverages, dried fruit, and nuts. The hotel also provided a yoga video for absolute beginners, which I found quite enjoyable. I tried it out one morning, and it added a nice touch of novelty to my stay. If I had to nitpick, the light switches in the room were a bit confusing – I couldn't figure out if I could turn lights on and off individually. I also initially missed the automatic curtain switch. And the new model hairdryer's hot/cold air switch was unclear, and I didn't feel much hot air, so an explanation for these features would have been helpful. It would also have been good to know if the in-room drinks were complimentary. Other than those minor points, all the staff members were very pleasant, calm, and serene, making my stay at this hotel incredibly comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels, but I highly, highly recommend this one!

Hotel is in a strategic position. Just above exit 6 of Da An Station & lots of choices for bubble tea & good cafes alone exit 3. Convenience stores are also nearby whereby we can drop in to get our last minute stuff or food browsing. Hotel is clean too. We will come back to this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel is right next to the MRT station. After exiting, you'll see HM, and then just walk into the mall next to it to find the elevator. Even though other floors of the mall have a gym, e-sports room, and nightclub, it doesn't feel chaotic at all, as there are security guards on duty. The entire floor is occupied by Yunmu. The front desk staff are very polite, and the rooms are clean and bright. They even offer a service to purchase local specialty snacks for you. It's super convenient for getting around; Taipei Arena is just a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is old and outdated - with the furnishings and equipment breaking. 1/ Room was cold. It was winter. Heat was not an option - because it doesn't turn on. To make it worse - the room was damp and moist. So you're sleeping in a cold damp room in the winter season. 2/ The panel controls don't really work. There are buttons to selectively switch off lights - but they don't work. So you got to turn everything off at night time. Can't leave the night light option on, to see better in a dark room at night. 3/ The bathtub leaks water when you shower. Photo taken. 4/ Even the water dispenser leaks water. Photo taken. Only good thing is they provide a free breakfast. They also provide a happy hour in the evenings.
