The location is convenient. Spacious room with good clean condition. One thing shall enhance is, we booked double room, while turned out is 2 single bed put together. There is some humid smell in the lift.

I prefer the B block building room versus block A .  Room is darker and colder for this room that I stayed. Currently there is construction ongoing next door but is quiet enough . For the price I paid . I can’t say much too . Surrounding has decent nice breakfast joint and others.  Walk less than 10 mins u can try different food .  Can stay if you getting block B.

The space is very spacious and the design is nice. I especially love the bathtub; it's very comfortable for soaking in it. The counter staff were very helpful, responding and resolving issues immediately. 👍

The room was very clean and the experience was excellent. The breakfast was very generous and filling. The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was very cool with no odor. However, the hotel is very motorcycle-unfriendly and needs to be improved. The motel is so large that you can only park three motorcycles in three rooms. This needs to be improved.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. First and foremost, the staff's service was truly outstanding. Their consistently polite and warm approach made me feel at ease throughout my stay and their hospitality definitely made me want to return. The breakfast, which I enjoyed both mornings, was also incredibly delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The extensive menu offered a very satisfying dining experience. Regarding the location, while it's in the city center, access to major public transport wasn't particularly convenient. However, the exceptional staff service and delicious food more than made up for this, and I consider them the hotel's biggest draws. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who prioritize excellent service.

Our stay at the Mulan Motel - Taichung Branch this time truly felt like a special, ritualistic getaway. From the moment we drove into our private garage and entered the room, we felt a complete sense of privacy and exclusivity, totally undisturbed. It was perfect for those times when you just want to relax without interruption. The room itself was spacious, with a design that exuded understated luxury, and the lighting created a soft, comfortable ambiance. The bathroom, with its Jacuzzi, was definitely the highlight. After a good soak, I felt completely relaxed, and all my fatigue just melted away. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. Its location is also incredibly convenient, close to the Taichung 7th Redevelopment Zone and popular attractions. During the day, we could take a leisurely stroll in the Fulfillment Amphitheater, and in the evening, we'd head to Fengjia Night Market for some delicious food. The itinerary flowed perfectly. Overall, Mulan isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience that encourages you to slow down and enjoy quality time, especially for couples. If you're planning a date, celebrating a birthday, or simply want to treat yourself to a relaxing break, this place comes highly recommended. ❤️❤️

Although the hotel has a long long history, but the room, common area, common facilities have been maintained fairly well. In very good location, close to Sogo. House cleaning is done well while we stayed there. Loved the gym, one of the very few hotels that I have stayed in with a proper size gym. Has kids play area, family friendly. Has in hotel massage and spa. Service is great, particularly the doormen, they were super helpful with our luggage and getting on and off taxis with our kid. Very reasonably priced. Also loved the in room popcorn snack. Attention to detail is great for me.

Revisiting this hotel after two years, the room is keeping clean still. The staffs are very helpful. Quiet, good location and good price. Two remarkable sharings in this re-visting: 1. You can borrow USB charging plug from the reception if you only have the charging line. This is impressive. 2. Don't forget to subscribe the breakfast when booking. It is value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at O Hotel Taiwan! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. It made exploring the area simple and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even better. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taiwan!

Location - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour
