Chinese porridge, buns, fried dough sticks, pickles are all available, Western bread, coffee, milk are also complete, there are freshly cooked noodles, wontons, and the ingredients are rich and can be freely matched. The ingredients are very fresh, the porridge is soft and delicious, the buns are thin and stuffed, and the coffee tastes mellow and not sour. I had a very satisfying stay. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a better room and received a welcome fruit platter. After the concert that evening, the hotel even prepared ginger tea, which was incredibly thoughtful. What touched me most was that I left my phone in the room after checking out. When I realized it, I contacted the front desk. Chen Ping at the front desk was super helpful; I added her on WeChat, and she quickly arranged for my phone to be couriered to me. It'll probably arrive around the same time I get home. Excellent hotel service, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

For those booking this hotel specifically for the concert shuttle service, please be aware: the shuttle goes to **Dong'an Lake Sports Park**, NOT **Dong'an Lake Grand Theatre**. These are two different locations!!!
Before booking, I asked if they were the same place, and customer service assured me, ”There's only one concert venue here, so shuttle service will definitely be provided.” However, upon arrival, I was told they couldn't provide shuttle service because the two venues are in opposite directions. After some discussion, they offered a room upgrade as compensation, but honestly, I booked this hotel primarily for the shuttle service, so it was very disappointing. The hotel also didn't try to arrange alternative transportation; they only gave me two options: either cancel the reservation or upgrade the room.

Check-in was super smooth! The front desk staff was patient and attentive. Our room was pre-arranged by our butler, Bella, who contacted us beforehand. We had a fantastic view of the gardens and could even see the Dong'an Lake Sports Park, which was perfect since we were there for Nicholas Tse's concert. The location is excellent! Bella was thoughtful, warm, and responsive to all our questions. Really impressive! 👍

A special thanks to Banxia, who went out of her way to recommend nearby restaurants and attractions. The room facilities are brand new, the toiletries are all from reputable brands, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is excellent. Our room was nice, we had a city view which allowed us to see the fireworks on New Years Eve. It was great to have a bathtub in our room and the bath salts were replaced daily for us at no cost. The staff at the hotel are friendly. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. The only downside for us was the breakfast which only included Chinese food and no Western food so even though we paid for breakfast for our 5 day stay we only had breakfast on the first two days and skipped the other days. I was actually quite upset on the second day when I was trying to at least make toast for breakfast but the chef and staff kept putting the toaster off and telling me not to make the toast too crispy. I was quite off put and did not desire to attend the breakfast after this.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, right in a bustling commercial area, and transportation is a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was very quick.
The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the toiletries were of good quality.
COCO, one of the staff members, was exceptional and incredibly attentive, taking care of our every need and even personally escorting us to the venue! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Hygiene: Very clean, newly opened, and hygienic is relatively safe
Environment: Very good and quiet. Although it is a bit far from the city center, I like it very much. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the city center.
Service: Very good as the first stop to Chengdu, the distance is not bad, because we arrived at Tianfu Airport, and this hotel happened to be a transit station, which was just right!

Booked it for Huang Zihongfan's concert. The room is very clean. There is free pick-up service in the afternoon and evening. It's very considerate. I forgot to bring my power bank when I was on the high-speed train. You called me to send it back. Thank you very much!!! I will stay here again when Huang Zihongfan's third tour in Chengdu!!! I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities before, but the service at this particular Atour is truly exceptional and thoughtful. They knew I was on my period and sent a robot with heat patches and ginger tea, which was incredibly warm and caring without being intrusive. They even offer a shuttle service for concerts! The front desk staff and the service personnel were all incredibly gentle and sweet. Since my flight was at 9 PM, they extended my room until 6 PM for a very reasonable fee. When I checked out, they even gave me an adorable farewell gift! My first heartwarming moment of the new year came from Atour. I've written so much that I feel like I'm a shill, but these are all my genuine feelings, not paid promotion, not paid promotion!!!

Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere.
