This hotel has a really warm atmosphere. It's clean, and the suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. My first experience here was excellent, and I'd definitely choose it again. It's also very close to the Qiantang River New Town light show, and the underground parking is super convenient. Overall, the location is great for getting around.

Highly recommended! I especially want to praise the staff; they are incredibly kind and have excellent attitudes – not a hint of impatience! The location is super convenient with multiple subway and bus lines directly accessible. Definitely a five-star review for that. The decor is very tasteful, the place is easy to find, and parking is convenient, which makes transportation a breeze – another big plus. First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with great privacy, making for a fantastic stay!

Everything was pretty good. They offered afternoon tea (which made up for the non-complimentary minibar) and a simple dinner (I only looked at it once, didn't eat, it was crowded with limited, simple options). Breakfast was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful.
**Environment:** The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. Taking a stroll along the Qiantang River was incredibly refreshing.
**Dining:** Raffles City is just a few hundred meters from the hotel with excellent food options. MixC Mall is also very close by.
**Transportation:** During the May Day holiday, staying here made getting around easy. No traffic jams, easy to catch a taxi, so no worries about missing flights or trains.

The room was really clean, and the service was excellent. They even gave us complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The environment is absolutely superb, with a great view of the 'Big Lotus' stadium from the Asian Games – the panorama is just stunning. All in all, I'll definitely be back next time, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends.

It's such a blessing to find such a quiet hotel in the new district! The room was very quiet and soundproof, which is great for light sleepers. They even provided a little guide with local tips for guests, which was a nice touch. The surrounding amenities are excellent too – Raffles City and MixC are just a few hundred meters away. In the evening, you can even take a stroll to the City Balcony to catch the light show. I was here for a business trip, and the experience was fantastic. The oven, dining table, and other little details in the room were all very thoughtful. The river view from the large bathtub was amazing! The staff were all very friendly as well. This hotel made me fall in love with the city, and it will definitely be my first choice for future business trips.

Checked in smoothly in the middle of the night. This is a pet-friendly hotel! The cleaning staff and the front desk team were all super friendly to my kid. The room is well-equipped with amenities, including a small bar area and even a microwave! It was really convenient to heat up takeout food. And it's very clean! Highly recommend!

Luxury stay with polite, attentive and courteous Reception staffs. Nice fragrant Chinese tea welcome drinks in dainty tea cups. Hotel has very nice fragrant smell all over... Even our spacious room. Washing machine in the bathroom as well! Quiet and very clean hotel and room, away from bustling and noisy surroundings and pungent smells. 300m walking distance from Raffles City Shopping mall and Convention centre/theatre (dome ship-like building). Walking distance to outlet mall. Nice restaurants about 100m away by the riverside too! Can see partial buildings light up in the night. Can't view river display as our room facing have a few tall glass buildings blocking our position.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very satisfying. Our room was cozy and comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection, perhaps adding memory foam pillows. The hotel isn't super close to attractions, but taxis are readily available right outside the entrance, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a huge variety of takeout options from the surrounding in77 mall – you'll be spoiled for choice!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well.
Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserIt was 32 degrees Celsius, and as soon as I entered the room, the AC was blasting, and a faint, pleasant scent instantly made me feel at ease. The room size was perfect for one person. The balcony offered an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, which was fantastic. The room also had a screen door and a sofa. If it was too hot on the balcony, I could just sit on the sofa and enjoy the lake view – very thoughtful design! The body lotion smelled lovely. The only minor issue was that the duvet felt a bit damp, but that's common for rooms by the lake in this kind of weather. Still, it was clean; my skin is very sensitive, and unclean bedding usually makes me itchy, but I had no issues here. Breakfast was extensive, and eating while looking at the lake was wonderful. I'd definitely come back given the chance! The service was also excellent.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful.
It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station.
I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

MmysamThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance of the West Lake In77 area, making it super easy to explore shops, scenic spots, and delicious food – there's so much to see and do, you won't even be able to cover it all! We arrived at 11 AM, just hoping to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in immediately, and even got a room upgrade. The panoramic West Lake terrace on the tenth floor was an unexpected delight! The breakfast spread was ample and tasty too. As for downsides, there weren't quite enough power outlets, so I'd recommend bringing an extension cord, haha. Also, the sink drains a bit slowly! But honestly, these are minor issues; we'll definitely choose Xinqiao again on our next visit!

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.
