Hotels near Optics Valley in Wuhan

Perhaps due to being on a high floor, the room windows were very dirty and dusty. The bottom left corner of one window was loose to the touch. I booked this high-rise hotel specifically for the river view, but there are two very tall buildings directly in front of the windows, so it's actually just a partial river view. Other hotels in the same building with a partial river view are much cheaper, so I feel it wasn't worth the price.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic, I loved it! The atmosphere was great; everyone enjoyed playing board games and singing karaoke together. It was also very clean. **Facilities:** Very comprehensive. **Hygiene:** Extremely clean, with separate shower and toilet facilities, and no unpleasant odors. **Environment:** Very artistic. **Service:** Very thoughtful and complete.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

The high clearance under the bed gave me a sense of peace, a feeling of openness. The lobby attendant was very observant; seeing me with large luggage, he proactively helped me with the elevator without me even needing to ask. These subtle service details are far more valuable than any rules written on a wall.

I come here every time I want a good night's sleep on a business trip. The rooms are well lit and ventilated. You can get a few parking tickets if you stay for a few days. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. It's the most cost-effective nearby. If you go to a chain hotel, it will cost you at least a hundred more.
