"The hotel is in a good location, the environment is very quiet, there is a parking lot, parking is very convenient. The hotel room is large, clean and comfortable, very warm, with complete supporting facilities, thoughtful service, very comfortable to stay with children, the check-in experience is very good. Opposite the hotel is Fujiazhuang Beach, which is about a five-minute walk away. It is also close to the Forest Zoo. I saw giant pandas, rode the Ferris wheel, and saw the cross-sea bridge. The scenery is very beautiful. The baby is very happy and will come again next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the zoo, Silver Beach, and Fujiazhuang. I'm so glad I stayed here during the National Day holiday peak season; otherwise, getting around would have been a huge problem, as the surrounding area is densely packed with tourists and traffic jams are severe. I originally booked a mountain view room, but the hotel reception upgraded me to a sea view room – kudos to their service! 👍 The hotel environment is also exceptional, with a huge lawn; I even saw a wedding venue the next day! 🤣 However, the hotel facilities are really a bit old. With a renovation, it would absolutely blow away the surrounding hotels."

"Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's interior environment was decent, with a 'Xianxia' (fantasy martial arts) theme and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available. The room wasn't huge, but for families traveling with children, you could choose a room with a large and small bed. They also provided kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Drying clothes wasn't super convenient, but there's a washer-dryer combo, and the front desk staff (both male and female) are happy to help with laundry. It was a bit warm when sleeping; perhaps a thinner duvet could be provided."

"The service was great, they upgraded my room to a much larger one. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the tap running next door. The hotel is very close to Fujiazhuang Park, within walking distance. Now, let's talk about breakfast. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most limited breakfast I've ever encountered in all my travels. I'm speechless. It cost 39 per person, the same price as an all-season hotel, but the variety and taste were light-years apart. I stayed for three days and two nights, and by the third morning, I didn't even bother eating it because it was so bad. I'm truly shocked that a hotel at this price point could have such an awful breakfast. Furthermore, the entire staff didn't feel like proper hotel employees. Usually, staff will greet guests, but the front desk just sat there on their phones, and the cleaning ladies ignored me completely, not even a nod. There was also a spare table and an ornament right outside my room door, and I actually got startled by the ornament once when I opened the door."

"A good hotel is key to a successful trip! This hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, and across the bridge is an amusement park. The paths are flat, perfect for strollers or 'baby walkers' (though the area right outside the hotel entrance has cobblestones, which can be a bit bumpy for strollers). The room environment is excellent. We are a family of five – four adults and one child – and stayed in the 'Star Blue' room, which was perfectly spacious. It had a 1.8m bed downstairs plus a tatami mat upstairs, and even a single sofa that could be used for sleeping. The space felt generous. There's also a private little courtyard where you can hang kids' clothes to dry (as long as it's not raining). The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, so no more bringing dirty clothes home!"

"The hotel environment is very good, with the sea and Silver Beach Park outside, and the view from the room is really nice. The best thing is that the two front desk ladies at the hotel had a great service attitude. Knowing that we were traveling, they offered to help us check out later, as they were afraid that our train tickets would be too late and we would have nowhere to go if we left early. It was also because of the two warm-hearted front desk ladies that I was more impressed by the beautiful Dalian and put a beautiful end to the Dalian trip."

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

I especially loved the smart voice assistant in the room; just saying ”Hampton Hampton” would control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which was convenient and felt high-tech. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the comfort level was high. It's a great place to stay for travel, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing it again next time."

"The room was quite spacious, and the surroundings were relatively quiet. The sea view room offered a beautiful vista, with trees, green spaces, yachts, buildings, and a cross-sea bridge, making it a more dynamic and interesting sea view than just the horizon. Compared to the Grand Hyatt, it offers better value for money. However, some details don't quite meet five-star standards, such as the lack of a swimming pool. On the plus side, the service attitude was excellent, and Keke from the front desk was particularly understanding and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. If I'm ever staying near Xinghai Square again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The sea view here is much more varied and less monotonous than a simple sea-and-sky horizon. Xinghai Park is very close by; it was fantastic to spend the morning playing on the beach there, then come back to the room for a shower, make some tea, and just relax while admiring the sea view."
