유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️

Very good location, only 2-3 stops from the main train station, and right opposite the hotel is the bus/tram station. There 24h-market and some restaurants near the hotel. Need 15-20mins walk to the old town. Room is very clean and the fitness room is very big with multiple exerts equipments The working staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.

The hotel is in a relatively modern area of ​​Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you! Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.

Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.
