"An average hotel in a convenient location at a fair price. Acceptable for short stays. Otherwise, the amenities leave something to be desired. The room doesn't have a mini-fridge or a kettle, nor is there air conditioning or a fan. On the upside, the windows can be opened. It was very quiet facing the courtyard at night. The bed was comfortable. A second or a slightly thicker pillow would have been nice. The best room feature was the modern bathroom with a large shower."

"This is a massive hotel, so expect long walks. The facilities are okay, but definitely not the newest. The location is a bit out of the way, so you're pretty dependent on the hotel, or you'll need to take the train or drive into the city. As I mentioned, the walks are not only long but also complicated, as some doors close at different times and can't be opened with your room card. For example, after a workout in the gym (the sauna also closed earlier than advertised, unfortunately), I had to go through the restaurant, up the stairs to reception, and then take the elevator back up to my wing…very inconvenient. All in all, it's good value for money if you're just staying for one night or attending an event here."

"It is very comfortable hotel. The room was not so much expensive, but the staff was really kind and amiable — they answered all my questions and explained everything about my stay in details. Despite the fact that rooms had no personal bathroom, it haven’t caused me much inconvenience. Toilet room was clean, showers too. There were no queues for using them. Personal sink in room was really convenient to use. Bed in room was clean and warm, I liked the view from the window of the quiet street. Thanks a lot, I hope I will be able to visit Berlin and stay in this hotel again!"

"I stayed at Hotel bellman during my trip and had a great experience overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The triple room I booked was very large and clean. We arrived at the hotel at night in the evening. It was very embarrassing to wake up the bell at the front desk. The gallery on the Berlin Wall in the hotel is very close to the east of Berlin. The center is a short distance from the room"

So better have a cell phone ready to contact anyone if you need assistance.  when I arrived in the evening (you can check in until 10 pm) nobody was at the reception to open the door and I didn’t have a cell phone.
