"We really enjoyed our stay at Mondrian Suites, the location is very close to metro stop (around 8 minutes) and also bus stop (around three minutes). It’s right next to Checkpoint Charlie memorial. For the price I think it exceeded my expectations, room was very big and had all the amenities necessary for daily life. I would def come here again. It’s half an hour walking from Berlin cathedral, very convenient. It’s also very easy to find, the reception is from the back of the hotel."

"pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻"

"Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:45 with our family and an exhausted child and asked whether it might be possible to access our room a little earlier if it was available. We fully understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, the hotel knew that we had been sitting in the lobby waiting for almost two hours with a very tired child, yet no effort seemed to be made to prioritise our room or find any solution for us. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or consideration. We were not demanding something unreasonable; we were simply asking whether, given the circumstances, the room could be made available slightly earlier. We were also going to check out very early in the morning, meaning that we would not even benefit from the official check-out time until 12:00 noon. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much more welcoming and customer-oriented approach. Small gestures and a little flexibility can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience, particularly for a family travelling with a tired child. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that there was very little interest in helping us or making our arrival more comfortable. On top of that the room wasn't fully clean. "Location of hotel is excellent for visiting Berlin attractions as the U Bahn is outside the hotel. The hotel itself is friendly, clean, lots of amenities & free water/tea/coffee/fruits/pretzels & cookies available from the rooftop lounge. The shower deserves a special mention as it is big & very powerful. The rooms are ample with a large comfortable bed. The sauna and fitness space was a great addition to the hotel and made the stay very relaxing."

"The amenities were basic and the room was quite small. The only pleasant surprise was the fantastic location right on the Spree River, offering lovely river views from the window. However, I was charged €5 for a €3.91 tax fee because my credit card wouldn't process it and they claimed they had no change, which I found completely unacceptable. (On a positive note, the female staff and a male staff member who appeared to be Latin or Italian provided excellent service and were very professional.)"

"We were checked in by a tall, well-built gentleman who, with a big smile, first asked if we'd like a glass of lemonade – he was very friendly and approachable. The hotel breakfast was quite generous. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both bus stops and subway stations. The soundproofing was a little lacking; we heard an argument from another room in the morning. However, being able to open the window for ventilation was a huge plus. In the family room, the extra single bed was placed right next to the main bed, and the sheets and pillowcases were spotless. The bathroom was a bit small but still perfectly functional. Disposable slippers were also provided in the room. Overall, it was a great stay!"

The soundproofing against noise from the hallway wasn't great, but I didn't notice any noise between rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied, and I especially enjoyed my trip because I met great people in the same room. The location is also very convenient, right in front of the station. If I come to Berlin again, I would definitely want to stay here!"

"Super central location. Only a 3-minute walk from the subway and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms are small but very practically laid out and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which was very pleasant in the heat, and the fridge also functioned perfectly. Titanic is a class act, just like the other hotels in this chain. We will definitely come back here if we visit Berlin again."

"Conveniently located near the station. As it's a new facility, it felt very clean. It was a room for two, but it would have been more comfortable if it were a bit more spacious. It was great that the East Side Gallery was within walking distance, perfect for a stroll. However, I was surprised that the shower room had a glass door, making the inside completely visible from the room."
