"Ich war allein mit 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast für 13 Nächte, da wir meine Familie in Leipzig besucht haben. Bezüglich Frühstück und Pizzaangebot kann ich keinerlei Auskunft geben, da wir immer auswärts Frühstücken waren, das Zimmer war sauber, unser Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Bettgitter wurde rasch erfüllt. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert. Das einzige was ich beanstanden könnte, wäre das die Gebühren fürs Parken extrem angestiegen sind innerhalb von einem Jahr, aber da man draußen auf der Straße kostenfreie und ausreichende Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat, war es für uns kein Problem 3 Meter zu Fuß zu gehen! Danke für das Familienzimmer, die Kinder und ich haben uns beim übernachten wohlgefühlt!"

"Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einzig das Frühstück war an einem Tag (Samstag) eine Zumutung. Das Personal hat es nicht geschafft, Das Frühstücksbuffet rechtzeitig aufzufüllen, sodass man etwas warten musste, bis alles wieder zur Verfügung stand. Insgesamt gesehen aber doch ein empfehlenswertes Hotel"

"Location a little far from the city center. It can be a little cumbersome when using public transportation. I think this is the only downside. Instead, there is a mart in the same building, so it is good to buy food and beverages. The hotel's old age is old but has its own harriage. If you don't like the old-fashioned atmosphere, you may be disappointed, but I think it's much better than a simple concept accommodation that doesn't know if it's for awkward, cheap, modern or who. The rooms are larger than hotels in the city center, old but clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly. Basic hotel."

"Hotel is really good located approx 10-15min walking from Central Station, but there are also 2 tram lines that bring you closer, which is a great plus. Overall facilities are spacious, clean and comfortable! They also have lockers to store your luggage there. Personnel was extra nice, would stay there again! :)"

"The Radisson advertises a new strategy that offers less cleaning and service in an environmentally friendly way. Beds aren't made, cleaning only happens every three days, nothing is replenished, and things aren't even checked. Of course, you can report this to reception, and then someone (supposedly) comes. But that doesn't always work. The reception, in turn, is rarely, if ever, reachable by phone. If you go downstairs, you often only see one employee who is completely overwhelmed. Check-in can then take up to 30 minutes. The service in the adjoining restaurant is simply terrible. It's closed for days at a time—so you can't eat or drink anything there, even though it's advertised as being open. The employee was extremely unfriendly, but that can happen. The breakfast service was very good. In conclusion: As a frequent traveler, I would never choose this hotel again, never recommend it, and I'm really annoyed."
