GGuest UserAmazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

GGuest UserAll the staff were really kind and it was a very nice stay. I was new to Frankfurt and they informed me of the place to visit. Vegan Breakfast was also nice. I want to stay there when I go to Frankfurt again!

GGuest UserThe front desk service was really good, and the location is super convenient! It's right outside the main train station, but make sure you exit from the correct gate! Otherwise, you might end up walking in a circle around the station like I did. The hotel also has a bathtub, which is a nice touch, and the breakfast was decent too.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.

GGuest UserI checked out of the hotel today. My room, 615, must have been a single room because, looking back, it only had one headboard and one pillow, and it was in the attic. I feel completely ripped off, especially after seeing the current room rates. I stayed for two consecutive nights. The facilities are quite old-fashioned, but otherwise, there were no issues. The main problem is the price difference: I paid over 1000 yuan, and now it's just over 300 yuan for a double business room. I really feel like I got scammed.

GGuest UserAcceptable and OK. Was 10 nights there. Nights it can be noisy so earstops are needed. That depends on the guests. Rooms door brightly. Reception nice. Location and connection good. Room facilities have everything you need if you do not raise any raised charges in view of the price.
