The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, delicious coffee, and something for every taste. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a perfect location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dresden."

"A no-brainer near the airport, it's ideal for construction workers, city breaks, or business trips. Good bus connections. Parking is a bit difficult, but manageable or available for a fee. A bit run-down, but clean and OK for the price."

"Because it was close to Christmas in January, the hotels near Dresden Central Station were fully booked and the room rates soared. Since we were traveling with so many people, it was difficult to find a suitable hotel. We finally chose to stay at this Radisson, which is less than 10 km from the city center and has a good travel distance. Room service needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise it will not be cleaned, which is rare."

"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

It was also very convenient that the tram stops directly in front of the hotel, and the city centre is only about 10 minutes away, so getting around was easy. "We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got."
