"It is very comfortable hotel. The room was not so much expensive, but the staff was really kind and amiable — they answered all my questions and explained everything about my stay in details. Despite the fact that rooms had no personal bathroom, it haven’t caused me much inconvenience. Toilet room was clean, showers too. There were no queues for using them. Personal sink in room was really convenient to use. Bed in room was clean and warm, I liked the view from the window of the quiet street. Thanks a lot, I hope I will be able to visit Berlin and stay in this hotel again!"

"The hotel is in East Berlin. It seems to have been renovated by a factory building. The housing space is not large, but it is adequate, clean and cost-effective. There is an Asian supermarket next to it. It is run by Vietnamese. The pure ribs only cost 5 euros per kilogram. There is a bus in front of the hotel. Car M8 can go directly to the railway station. It is very convenient for us to go from Berlin to Frankfurt. Simple accommodation is quite satisfactory."

"The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Big clean rooms and quiet enough to rest. Fairly priced and with easy access to S & U. I just wish there where more wall sockets in the room."

"The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips."

"The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls. It was okay, but don't expect fancy, fresh, sumptuous homemade food. We thought that was a shame, as the hotel was really great. The restaurant that serves breakfast could put a little more effort into fresh food"

"The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you."

"The hotel is located in a very good place near Alexanderplatz and has good connections. The staff were polite and kind. My room had a nice city view. But the hotel has some weird rules such as we have to reserve for room clean every day and they won't clean the room regularly that I could not figure out why Hotel management made that rule. Also they just provide water for the first day as welcome gift and after that we have to buy."

"We stayed in March and the hotel was perfect for us. Great location (5mins walk from a big station and next to a river). The hotel is new and modern. There’re 2 nice sitting areas in the lobby, great for someone who needs to work. The room is clean, studio style, with a small but sufficiently equipped kitchen (with a fridge) and a big bathroom. The bathroom can benefit from some shelves for amenities tho. There’s double windows so it’s super quiet. There’re many sockets and a big wardrobe. Room cleaning once every 2 days, €5 to use washing machine, and fast check-in, check-out. Staffs are helpful and friendly, especially Linh. We had a nice stay. Thank you!"
