"The hotel advertised an electric kettle when I booked, but I found there wasn't one in the room. When I asked the staff, they said I had to upgrade to a room for 20 euros to get one. There was no hairdryer in the room, and I had to ask the front desk to borrow one. The staff were very unhelpful, and it took several attempts before they finally lent it to me. There were no free toothbrushes; I had to buy one from a vending machine for 2.5 euros for a disposable toothbrush. Other Intercity hotels in other areas don't charge that. The breakfast selection was very limited. The hotel is very close to the train station, less than a 5-minute walk, but it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. I would choose a different hotel next time."
"The friends we went with had a great way to get out of the airport, just drive by ourselves, and then the front desk service was so hot, after all the hotels we stayed in, it felt like the price ratio in this hotel was still very high."
"Just a few minutes' walk from a spa, a theater, thermal baths, and a pedestrian zone. New, modern facilities, an excellent breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Everything is of the highest standard!"

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Mercure Wiesbaden. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing in the city and it was open till late in the evening. The location of the hotel was very central, you could walk to the train station, and there are many bus connections in the area. We felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend this hotel."
"The hotel is OK and relatively new. But it is not located in downtown. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to downtown.
There are not many options for breakfast."
"I went on a family trip with my children. Good location for a low price for Europe. I have a good rest in a clean hostel. It's about 8 minutes walk from downtown Wisbaden. There was a train station right next door. The staff were friendly and the surroundings were touristy but quiet and pleasant.
The downside was that four people made a reservation, and one had to sleep on the sofa. Because it's on the first floor, I have to put the curtains on. One of the two TVs doesn't know how to turn on, and one doesn't come out of the German TV channel, so I hope it can become Netflix or YouTube. I don't think it's a big problem because it's a laptop I brought.
The parking fee is 28 euros a day, so it's a little pricey. There's a cheap street parking just a few meters away, so I think it's better to use it.
The picture is the garden in front of the hotel. The landscape is beautiful and the park in front is good."

Very Good
GGuest UserIt's close to Wiesbaden Central Station and within walking distance of the city center. The interior is new and the staff are friendly.
XXiaoxiongsiyangyuan99Facilities: An older hotel, probably acquired by Radisson Blu later. Although the style is the same, it is a little worse than the Radisson Blu I stayed in elsewhere.
Service: Arrived at night, the front desk seemed new, the housekeeper was missing, the next day the daytime person was obviously the supervisor, much more professional
GGuest UserNice three-star hotel,The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and conveniently furnished. I missed only the water cooker on the room, however, it is not a duty for a three-star hotel.
Breakfast really super, all made with love..... clean selection...
The price was top with just €60 including breakfast.
I'm coming back
GGuest UserFine location right on the highway.
good beds
a small bathroom with a shower garden, which doesn't really make it nice to douche.
Breakfast is fine
GGuest UserIn fact, it is a chain hotel, barely reaching the domestic all-season standard, the hotel belongs to the German country style, with bold and rock style. Breakfast is more American, there are not many varieties but quality. The room is nothing special, and there are requirements for luxury that seem to be disappointed. The hotel is3-4 kilometers away from the city center, and there are basically no commercial facilities around (there is a small supermarket at a gas station that can barely buy water or coke). You can take a taxi back and forth to the city center (it takes 40 minutes to walk). It is worth seeing that there are shops to buy in the city center. If you go a little further, it is recommended to continue to take a taxi up the mountain, there are ancient cable cars, there are golden-top Russian churches, there are German villas, it is worth playing.
NNYYC90Self check-in is very convenient. Breakfast is very simple. The room slept well, the bunk beds were large, and the shower water pressure was very high. Navigating over the map may be a bit malfunctioning because there are **** nearby.
GGuest UserHotel in old style and excellent location. View from the window over the city, large rooms with harmonious furnishings.
Delicious breakfast!
Unfortunately the room heating could not be regulated, advertising spotlights shone on the wall of the house and half of the room all night, what a waste of energy! Not being able to get a drink in the evening, even though the bar is only 5 steps away from reception, what a pity!
GGuest UserGreat location!! Service was very good, enjoyed the breakfasts, excellent scramble eggs. Had some trouble with the internet for the first 24 hours, but eventually got it up and running. Third gentleman we had was especially helpful, as was the main breakfast lady, and a younger male who loaned us an adapter. We had room 42, which had a terrace. Right across the hall was the one that featured the balcony (43?), which has a lovely view of the river and small balcony - beautiful. My only concern was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and what looked like some black mold above the shower, in the two corners. Bathroom was very modern and clean otherwise.
